How is the vitamin d sourced?

I do not know how vitamins are sourced. I do know that these gummy vitamins are delicious and are easier to swallow than those big pills. Leaves no bad taste in my mouth and give me the needed energy to get through the day. If I forget to take them I feel sluggish and tired before dinner.
