So far, so good. Arrived quickly. The device is simple and light. It charged up within a couple of hours and the directions are clear enough considering that the English translation is from Russian.

I purchased this device in anticipation of a cross-country drive in August 2019....It worked....I then went to use it this past August 2020 and it would NOT hold any charge whatsoever...The unit is now USELESS and a complete was of almost $160.00 a year later...Very disappointed and feel cheated...Do NOT make the same mistake that I did!!

I love the concept, but I'm still unsure about the effectiveness. I bought this for my husband. He tested it by wearing it while I was driving. As he started to doze, he said he felt it vibrating, but later than he thought was safe. And he said he was asleep and dreaming before the alarm rang. It doesn't work at all for me, because I have small fingers. If I keep my hand on the wheel, as I like to do when I drive, the finger grips are too large to allow the device to make contact with my hand. I have to take my hand off the wheel and hold it in the air for gravity to allow it to touch my skin. Our main complaint is that it's hard to tell at a glance whether it's on or off. So he ran down the battery and couldn't use it when he wanted to.

Absolute waste of money. This shoddy product did not work for me. Luckily, my wife was alongside me in the car, so she was able to wake me from sleep while driving. Don’t play with your life. Avoid this lousy product like the plague.

This device "works" according to its stated design, but does not necessarily work to prevent momentary, acute loss of alertness while driving. The thing buzzed a number of times when I could interpret that my thoughts were tending to wander. It seemed, therefore, to give a warning of loss of focus. So, you could say it gives an early warning. However, on several occasions it never buzzed at all right up to beginning to feel drowsy when it would be the most helpful, and not at all as I fell asleep at a rest stop. I conclude that it does not detect sleepiness. It also false alarms if you move your hand to reach for something. It will not work if your skin is very dry, but hand lotion fixes that. I used it on a 1,900 mile drive.

I tried this device while falling sleep and it alerted me, but after I was already sleep. I was unable to get any advance alerts before falling sleep. I made sure there was excellent skin contact by using lotion and the device verified good contact. But at the end, the device was unable to live up to its claim of alerting me prior to falling sleep.

It works about half the time, it seemed to work better in the beginning and kind of quit working correctly as time went by. I've only used it a hand full of times and I keep it charged all the time.
