Big help after my total hip replacement! Didn’t need it very long but think not straining my leg lifting it sped up my recovery. I like the design, it’s terrible comfortable and very functional. This is a very good leg lifter I would highly recommend it it's better than the ones you get in the box with the hip kit. This is at least metal and straight it has some strength to it the other ones are nothing but material and limp. I would highly recommend this if you're lifting a leg

I am recovering from bilateral quad rupture repairs. That's right, both legs. This tools enables me to lift and place my legs when getting into or out of bed, wheel chair, or other furniture. It gives me independence since I can get up or down without assistance. The two handles provide a padded and sturdy grip for leverage. It also has a web loop on the end which I use to slip around my wrist to keep it handy when I am using my hands to boost myself into a better position to get into/out of a chair, etc. It has a malleable wire spine which keeps it straight when you need to extend it to loop the stirrup onto the foot and which you can bend into a hook to hang over a walker or railing. I've also used it as a crook to pull the walker or other object closer to where I can use it. Very well made and very functional. I highly recommend it.

This came in handy when my wife shattered her shoulder. The leg lifter helped her remain as independent as she could while healing. Very functional and effective, great quality and easy to use

They always say the leg lifter strap is "rigid" but it never is! I have a terrible time trying to slip my foot into the foot strap when the whole unit is wobbling ... I definitely prefer one with a rigid long strap from holding loop to the loop you put your foot in ... Maybe that's just me.

This is not the product I received, mine is black with blue handles and doesn't have a proper angles bottom....I'm unable to use this without causing me more pain and injury in my hips and knees...waste of money
