they run a little large actually. I had to sew my own loops in order to make it for tight enough when I laced it up because I didn't have enough time to exchange it before Halloween. but it is a gorgeous gown. and it is in no way a costume. beautiful material and design. so many compliments everywhere I went!

This dress is beautiful in person! I'm 32"-27"-36" and I got a small; it fit me perfectly.The colors are a little off from the photo, the dress is more of a cool gray, and the flowers are light purple rather than pink, but these changes were to my benefit so I didn't mind. The material is a matte shine, and all the embroidery is raised (no prints), which makes it look all the fancier. The skirt is a full circle skirt, so you do need to wear a pretty large crinoline to properly show off this dress.The only down side is; even with expedited shipping it did not come in time. So while this is a great quality dress, make sure you have the time to wait for it to arrive.

I ordered the dress 2 sizes larger and had it taken in for a perfect fit. The dress is a amazing quality for the price. I loved wearing it. I wore it with a hoop skirt and a chemise to keep authentic to the period dress. As a note to anyone who is going to wear it with a hoop skirt and chemise please be in a well air conditioned place if you will be wearing it for several hours.

The media could not be loaded. It’s so freaking beautiful. I wore it for a ball since it was Bridgeton themed. And I won!!! But the only reason why I give it four stars is because on the back of the dress, there’s a lot of fabric at the top but not a lot at the bottom of the corset. So, you really have to pull the strings so that your back won’t show when you walk. Breathe through your nose lol. But I think this really only applies if you don’t have the smoothest back like me. But once my friend tightened it up, I was able to throw it back on the dance floor with no problems.

This dress is very pretty, and made with quality fabric. It's well sewn. My friend has another one on this sellers dresses, and we are both very happy with our purchase. If you're looking for a high quality, vintage dress, you've come to the right spot. :)Shipping does take a while, so plan for it to take longer than expected, but you won't be disappointed.

26 inch waist on my sister and the size small fit perfectly. It is a zipper dress so be careful with sizing and follow measurements. Worked perfectly with a cheap petticoat for some cosplay pictures!
