It is not a long book, but, I very much liked the practical aspects it brought up!! Efficient Get Ripped Guide !
I consider this to be one of the top two or three books on bodyweight training. You will learn how to perform many different types of push-up, pull-up, core exercise, lower body exercise, and conditioning movement, and in the process develop the strongest and most capable physique ever.

Ok che era gratis ma mi sembra un bel po' inutile.... da una routine di un mese ma nulla di eccezionale. Se siete dei perfetti sedentari e non sapete nulla su alimentazione ed allenamento scaricatelo pure, altrimenti tempo buttato

Best described as a leaflet than a book- was hoping for something more- better books are out there- 26 pages long- in summary the contents of the book are- eat healthily, run for a few minutes a day, do some exercises like press ups, squats and lunges and you'll lose weight

not a good book but you get what you pay for and for £1.99 its rubbish. no photographs just links to youtube videos which are not good.Dont Buy!
