This product is sold as BFR bands for upper legs and calves. It is too large for my upper leg let alone my calves. A great idea but there is no adjustment to cater for an average size male. Useless! Very disappointing. The seller was very helpful and has offered a refund.

I am definitely a gym alcoholic.. I work out six days a week on average I ordered these, not knowing what to expect as far as the quality Or the value for money However, I was quite pleased, the thickness and the durability and the fit was not disappointing. They’re definitely very thigh, friendly for my girls that may have the Thicker thighs. And what I love about him, you have the ability to adjust to your liking . And they’re very stable. They do come with instructions for first time users so definitely worth the value.. The stability is very strong. I feel like they’re gonna last me a long time. Definitely will enhance your glut, An overall lower body workouts.. Five stars

I bought these as a first try at BFR. My view is that these are way too broad, you can't really have them around the arms, because of this. more narrow bands would work much better for the arms. Also, i'm no fat guy, so my legs aren't that thick, got some muscle but not a lot. Putting these on the legs require almost no pressure addition at all. On top of this i bought the ones with only welcro and they are almost impossible to use on your own, you have to have a buddy nearby to fasten them. So yeah, not really satisfied, wish I didin't forget to return them..
