Odourless, tasteless and dissolves easily with no clumps. Ot also has no fillers and does not upset my stomach. Works great at keeping things moving. Recently purchased Tomorrow's Nutrition Sunfiber. It is odorless, tasteless and dissolved easily into my water. After 2 weeks, I am feeling a little better, not as much bloating and am more regular. It is a clean fiber without fillers. No sugar is added. My dr recommended Tomorrow's Nutrition for my autoimmune/gut issues. Its a 1.39 pound container and a scoop is provided. Great value fir the price and effectiveness.

Sunfiber is hands-down one of the best fibers I’ve found for IBS. It’s a generous size that should last a while, low FODMAP, and supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, promoting a healthy gut flora. I mix it into my morning matcha and it blends seamlessly with a Ninja blender for a super smooth, virtually invisible consistency. It’s odorless, so I can even sneak it into my partner’s tea without him noticing! I also love that it’s Non-GMO Project Verified. I’ve been gradually increasing my daily intake over the past month, and it’s been gentle on my tummy—exactly what I need for IBS. The container offers excellent value and will last a long time. Plus, the bulk option helps reduce packaging waste, which I really appreciate given the current climate crisis. Overall, Sunfiber is high-quality, effective, and easy on digestion—probably the best fiber I’ve used so far. My advice: start low and go slow. Begin with just ½ to 1 teaspoon and gradually increase your intake as you see how your body responds. Sunfiber is not only a gentle fiber, but also a prebiotic, meaning it feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut. Slowly building up your dosage helps avoid any discomfort while allowing your digestive system to adjust.

I had c diff and decided i would use this product to support my gut. I had a lot of gas at first but things normalized after a couple days. I found it helpful in regulating consistency. It didn’t change colon sensitivity for me. Did it change the gut into a more favorable butyrate producing environment? Probably but obviously I can’t prove that. This will create unusually smooth stools, i suspect artificially smooth due to the properties of the gel. It will also lighten the color a shade. It does not speed transit the way psyllium husk does for me. Psyllium husk creates stools with “ant tunnels”, But generally speaking this does not. This will give the platonic ideal of a Bristol 4 stool provided your gut is in a position to do that. As for mixing, you have to stir the liquid continuously before you start pouring the powder in and you can’t just dump the scoop in all at once. There’s no way around this, it’s just the properties of phgg. It will mix clear with enough stirring. It’s mostly tasteless if not very very faintly sweet. The seal on the package is hit or miss. I had one with a great seal, one where half the seal wasn’t sealed at all, and another where it was sealed but it was a bit too easy to lift off. Still. It was intact. The product itself i give 5 stars. The container seal i give 3 stars. I got a refund on the container with the not intact seal so I’m happy about that. I didn’t have to return it so i tossed it. Overall i give 4 stars for this product. I think people should know this is just not the easiest stuff to mix but that’s not necessarily a manufacturer issue. It is definitely doing something in the gut, visually this is obvious. Whether it truly helps i cannot say, but i can say it seemed to gently help with constipation.

This product is awesome. I was using a prescription fiber but it went out of stock so I did some research and this was recommended. I’m so glad I switched. It dissolves fully and quickly and literally has no taste at all. It helps keeps me regular and I get more for the money. Highly recommend!

Works very well, especially is you are on a GLP medication. Its absolutely tasteless mixed into my morning tea and causes no GI upset. Highly, highly recommend.

Very good product. No grit, no taste and it works with no uncomfortable cramping. I sprinkle it on my cereal or sometimes put it in my coffee.

I felt so much better after taking this. I can’t imagine going through my daily life without it. It’s amazing, and I highly recommend it.
