Been taking these for at least 8 months and my lab work reveals that my iron levels are normal. I eat a vegan/plant-based diet. My doctor recommended that I take this iron supplement three times a week. Side effects are constipation, for which I take Senna tabs.

This brand is EXCELLENT!! I love the quality so much, I have never had any irritation or discomfort and I feel extremely confident like this is being absorbed by my body. I am grateful to have stumbled upon this brand, and also take the calcium and vegan essentials (vitamin d + Omega 3) supplements from this brand. Despite the years I’ve spent figuring out nutrition and meal planning, what is more economic and most practical for me (being a mom of 3) means I don’t always get 100% of my nutrients from just my meals alone. I’m very grateful to have found a gentle source that works so well and is affordable for me! These will be part of my wellness regimen for the rest of the future, I see no need to search elsewhere. The capsule is small and there isn’t any noticeable odor. I take this first thing in the morning, with my berry smoothie to pair it with vitamin c (evidence based way to take iron). I don’t take calcium until I’m about to go to bed (to avoid the two mineral competing to be absorbed). Hope this review helps someone make their decision!

Love that it is organic. Can in a glass bottle with no oder. Very easy to swallow, very small capsule. No upset stomach for me. i did not see much of a difference taking them did not have much of an effect for me.

Since beginning taking this iron in October 2024, my ferritin levels have gone from a paltry 14 to a "getting better" 45 on Mar 19. From what I read, that is not fast, but more like an expected increase due to the fact that I can't take as much as my doctor recommended due to side effects. I need to reach 100. I wasn't sure how well my body would respond, so even though this wasn't "fast," I think it's an effective product and will continue to take it. I have been researching ways I can more easily absorb it to try to accelerate its effectiveness. As a vegan, finding quality iron with nothing in it except Iron and Vitamin C was challenging. I'm ok with the price - the value for the money to meet my needs is good enough for me. As a warning: Please do not take iron unless your ferritin levels are low. It can be very bad.

This works!!! My ferritin was at 33 a few months ago and just last week by labs came back at ferritin level of 70. I feel so much better and have more energy since taking this.

I asked where the source for the iron in the Future Kind supplements comes from and this was a response from the seller: We use a chelated form of iron called ferrous bisglycinate. It's a non-GMO form of iron which has been shown to be more effectively absorbed than other types and to be gentler on the stomach. It's produced by taking iron from the soil and combining it with plant-derived protein matter, glycine. They really are vegan! I just just received the supplements and I'm happy with the environmentally respectful packaging and and the capsules in the bottle which are small enough to be easily swallowed. I feel like the sellers, who are brothers and certified plant nutritionists, seem to really have healthy and kind motivations for their products and their company. The company even donates a portion of their profits towards animal rescue and rehabilitation groups. I'm trying my first supplement today, so far all good.
