No market here in Auburn, CA, sells soy flour. I would have had to drive 30 miles round trip to buy it in Roseville. I use it for homemade, vegan, full-nutrition dog kibble. I donate this kibble to the pet food bank at the Foothill Unity Center in Monrovia, CA. This kibble saves animals' lives, prevents the heartbreak of placing pets in animal shelters, and decreases deforestation of the Amazon rainforest by decreasing exports of beef from there.

Great option for low carb items.

The seller is misleading by claiming this is defatted soya flour. It’s actually just a regular soya flour and not defatted. I ordered it and was disappointed. They should not write “defatted” in the description of this product.

I use this flour to add some more protein to EVERYRHING. It doesn’t taste at all. It’s just more protein. Love it for pizza and cookies!

Perhaps I read something wrong or did not read closely enough, but buyers need to know that this is RAW soy flour. It is NEITHER blanched nor toasted, and thus tastes 'green.' So it is best used in 'green drink' blends or with lots of cocoa or another strong flavoring agent (e.g., peanut powder, lemon). Not really what I was wanting. If raw and green IS what you want, the product is clean and well-packaged.

I really like Korean "bean curd stew", but there is no restaurant in the US that sells it (the state I live). Now this product is so perfect that I made my favoeite food finally.! thank you "EOI Naturals organic soybean powder"
