It was very beneficial for my body.
I have been using Chlorine Dioxide (tablet form) for my pool/hot tub, odor removal for years in tablet form.but never thought about taking it internally, I started this with 1 drop of each in 4oz. of water in the mourning on a empty stomach, then 2 drops, sometimes 3 drops. it boosted my O2 and circulation quite a bit.
