My standard poodle went through a bad UTI event. After 2 weeks of meds she was not quite right. These helped her rebalance her urinary track. My labrador has had a couple of UTIs. The first time, I took her to the vet and she was put on antibiotics and urinary prescription food. The antibiotics cleared the UTI, but unfortunately the prescription food was making her sick. It was also insanely expensive. I switched her back to her regular food and she did well for about 6 months, when I noticed she seemed to have another UTI (frequent urination with a pungent smell). I didn't want to drop another $2-300 on the vet + probably a different prescription food, so I picked these up. Her UTI cleared up within a week. No more smell, no more frequent urination, and I could tell the difference in her demeanor. My dog happily takes these, she likes the taste and she thinks they're treats. I'll be a repeat customer!

My pup had bacteria and crystals in her urine, coupled with a high PH. The Vet gave us the necessary meds for the crystals and bacteria, but her PH levels were still high. We have a regular med that we give her daily to lower the PH, but I wanted to supplement that with a product such as this one to help the process along. I liked what I read when it came to the ingredients. I wasn't looking for attractive packaging, just plain English on a label that gave me what my pup might need. On the down side (please read below for updates on this), my pup took two tablets, and then refused to eat them anymore. I believe the scent of the cranberry isn't to her liking, I'm guessing too tart. So, now I have over 100 tablets and a dog that wants none of them. I'm going to crush the tablet and integrate it into her meals, but I was hoping that she would have just eaten it like a treat, which would have been easier. As far as the pills effectiveness, well I won't know until I re-check her PH, and I'll wait a week to do that. Disappointed that she snubbed the flavor. **Update: I have figured out that the pup doesn't want the tablet on an empty stomach, so instead of before her meal I give it after and she eats it right up. I'm super happy about that development, and will continue to administer them to her in hopes that it helps lower her PH level. **PH level taken after almost 2 weeks of use and the dog is NEUTRAL! I completely believe that the proper dosage of this product has yielded our hoped-for results. I will continue to monitor. Very, very pleased.

Update: the company offered me a refund which I wasn't expecting. So 5 stars for customer service and 1 star for how the product was for my dog. I appreciated that they reached out to make it right. My dog had been using a different cranberry chew and thought they were treats she loved them so much. They were pretty pricey so I decided to try a different "chew." These are hard as tiny pebbles, not chews, and my dog refused to eat one. When buried in her food, she refused to eat anything. I forced the issue by putting it in cream cheese. She sensed it and wanted to lick off the cream cheese but eventually ate it. At the next meal, she didn't want to eat (never happens). Her stomach was rumbling and she ate grass and ended up vomiting. I should have taken her cue that it wasn't good for her. I usually read 1 star reviews before buying a product but I failed this time. I went back and saw so many 1 stars, some with reports of vomiting. Wish I had shopped better because you can't get a refund, so it was money wasted. Going back to the other ones she liked...

I got this for my elderly dog who's prone to UTIs and the vet appointments and bills were through the roof. Vet suggested another brand but I chose this since it was the cheaper option and wanted to test it out. DOG PREFERENCE: she's pretty picky so unfortunately I have to hide it in some pill pockets. EFFECTIVENESS: She hasn't had a UTI since we put her on this so it's gotta be doing something right. REPURCHASE: Yes, we're currently on our second bottle of this. Would definitely recommend

Use for my pet who was having lots of UTIs. it has helped so much. I give it every day half a tablet. She’s a Shih Tzu and she’s been doing great on it.

These are tablets not chews but work well. We coat them in peanut butter and our German shepherd and cavalier king Charles spaniel eat them without any problems. Our 6yo cavvie had a persistent low level bladder infection making him want to urinate frequently. These tablets settled the condition down within a day and now he sleeps through the night without toilet breaks and is back to his usual healthy self. We give daily to maintain a healthy bladder. Our vet was impressed! Highly recommend
