I needed a light medium beige colored caulk to point up some brickwork on the outside of my house. I picked the color sand. It was more yellow than I anticipated but I used it anyway and it is hardly noticeable. As others have said, the caulk comes out of the tube very fast and in large quantities. You have to release the pressure on the caulk gun after each squeeze of the trigger. What I found to be much better than working with the caulk gun, was to squeeze a lot of the caulk into a pastry frosting bag with a plain tip on the end. Then I could squeeze the bag and get out as much as I needed without having massive amounts of caulk streaming out of the tube. You can get the pastry bag anywhere baking supplies are sold. The caulk dries hard pretty quickly so to smooth it with your finger have a container of water close by to keep wetting your finger. This caulk is sanded, meaning it will not leave a nice smooth look after it is applied. It will be grainy. It works great as a filler for brick mortar that has gone missing but I would never use it inside the house except around a stone area or fireplace.

I ordered a tube of this caulk to fix some joints between a few bathroom tiles that had developed cracks and the original grout had chipped out... From our builder I found out that 908 Dove Gray was the color I needed so I ordered with the thought that it would match "pretty closely" to what I have. It color matched perfectly! I'm not entirely sure why some have said that it is difficult to work with since my tube flowed out easily. Now I do know working with a sanded caulk can be a bit more challenging since it is slightly more thick than a standard silicone caulk but not appreciably. I did find that the caulk does tend to continue to flow at a very slow rate from the tube after you have finished but if you back out the plunger from the caulk gun, it does slow and allow you to cap off your tube before losing much of the caulk. This is a great product; although a bit pricey but is worth the cost...

Horrible, I have never ever worked with a cock in my life that was as poor a quality as this there's absolutely no silicone in it whatsoever it runs out of the tube! It made a huge mess I could not maintain a bead for more than 4 inches and then it would just shoot out and run everywhere.

The quality of this caulk is superb. Heavily sanded, acts like real grout. Longevity is also great. So why not five stars? I think they had Helen Keller color match for them. I bought 4 different tubes hoping at least one would be right. One came close, but none matched the sample they showed for each tube.
