Hi there! Our Thunderbird Real Food Bars contain between 170-240 calories per bar, varying by flavor.

What is the total amount of calories per bar and how many grams of protein?

It depends on the bar. The hazelnut-coffee bar runs 220 calories with 4 grams of protein, for example, while the cashew-fig is only 170 with 3 grams. I also know that some of the other bars increase the protein content to 6 or maybe 7 grams. I'm out of the almond butter-sea salt ones, so I can't tell you about those specifically; of course, more info is probably available on the company website.

Where is the nutrional information?

I haven't had in a while but I bought my first in a store on vacation and looked on lablel. If you google there is a website that has all of it on there.
