My Life Is Now Complete.
Just got the product today, got home all excited and set it up. It works perfectly! Pro's: ♡ It is fully functional right out of the box. Wireless controllers work; came with all cords/cables needed; no blowing in slots or pounding on the console like the old days! ♡ It is so compact! Almost 1/3 of the size of the original Sega. It is completely unobtrusive and cute. ♡ Options! Want to use your classic Sega controllers? That's cool. There's two ports to hook them up to (just like the original had). Totally in love with a game that doesn't come preloaded? That's fine too. Just track down a copy of the original cartridge and stick it in there! Con's: There aren't many to speak of unless you're really picky! - The sound is a little off. It's barely noticeable, and it's understandable considering they're old games being displayed on a new TV. The graphics hold up well, and the sound differences will NOT effect your enjoyment at all. - The wireless controllers feel rather flimsy. They work perfectly well; and as long as you're not tossing them about whenever that damn dragonfly thing in the first level of Sonic & Knuckles kills you (again!), they should stand the test of time. If this does bug you however, you always have the previously mentioned option of gettign some of the old school controllers. Those things were heavy enough to crack skulls! All in all, completely worth every cent!

Good setup for nostalgic purposes, few flaws though.
Kids have been watching sonic playthroughs on repeat on YouTube, bought this. Nothing changed, expect my wife made me find sonic 3 so she could play it. The controllers are absolute garbage though, so buy used legit ones if you can. Unless you are pointing directly at the console, it doesn't work as I am sure they are IR controllers and not RF. Audio is off completely and if you grew up around these it will drive you nuts because you know something else should be heard as well. It's only mono, being the reason. The menu button on the wireless controller gets in the way when you use it, causing you to get out of the game, another reason I recommend getting legit ones. Hoping they make one with HDMI as I will be all over it.

realistic expectations
I hear people complain about this plug and play all the time, but I think people just expected to much. I paid less then $50 for this and I don't regret the purchase. You have around 40 actual Sega titles on here if you were to purchase each game for around $5 each you would be around $200 before you even purchased something to play them on add another 40 games to that which are included and two wireless controllers never mind the ability to play most of your old Genesis cartridges and it's a steal at $50. I know some of the audio on a few of the games is a little off but this doesn't hinder the gameplay. Most people wouldn't even pick that up. The wireless remotes feel good I've had no issues with them, but I understand some people might so they can always use wired controllers. For the miner hiccups this might have its still a great deal for the price.

Great for low to average gamers.
The Sega is okay for $30 dollars don't expect much from the system. It will be fine for low to average gamers, for more than average gamers they may play with it once or twice that's it. I like that fact that the game controllers are wireless and some of the games on it. The graphics are not great at all, you think they would do some improvements with the graphics then just throw onto the market to make a quick $30 bucks we have the technology to make things better. I tried it twice and it is just okay something to do when you are bored. List of games are: This is the list of the games, hope this will help. Thanks for your interest! Sonic sounds horrible, Mortal Kombat plays horrible and If your planning ...
Wireless remotes are unresponsive unless you're sitting right In front of your TV set, which defeats the purpose of having wireless controllers to begin with.Sonic sounds horrible,Mortal Kombat plays horrible and If your planning on playing your own Sega games on this,be prepared for alot of them to sound awful and look different than they do on a legitimate Sega system,If they work at all. Alot of the Genesis sport games just do not work on this system.Don't pay anything over $20 for this system.

Perfect for a trip down memory lane.
Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 6year old. It was shipped in the original box and was not taped shut. It just came open. But nothing was damaged, all pieces were there. I tested it out to be sure all worked properly. The start up menu was heavily pixelated on our TV. But as you went into a game it was just as I remembered, much clearer. Sonic animation every once in a while was choppy trying to keep up. There are some games on the console I dont believe we're originally apart of the Genesis system. Overall it's good for those who don't want to spend a lot but want a trip down memory lane. It's also good enough for little gamers just starting out and wanting to know what mom and dad played back in the "olden" days. If you have high expectations go with the actual original mini from Sega. If not this is perfect and nicely priced.

Works great. My kid enjoys playing the games From back in the day. Easy to use, plug in to tv has all games on it.

Underwhelming
I was really hoping for a system that would not only bring my old sega games back to life, but to also let me play all the games that I hadn't tried that were pre-loaded onto the system. While it did allow me to play the old cartridges, the sound was clearly off. The music is disappointingly distorted while the actual game play and artwork seem to be good. Some said that it was only some games for them that had this sound issue, but it was every one that I tried. The controllers also felt very light and cheap. I would have been alright with that since they are wireless, but the signal they put out is very weak and you have to keep them pointed at the sensor on the front, or they will miss your button presses. At least they have the original controller ports, so I was able to use my old controllers instead of the wireless ones they provide. I was also pretty unhappy that they stuck the "At Games" logo right smack on the top and front of this thing. I bought this because it's a Sega. I don't know what At Games is, except for the worst part about this console. From a hardware perspective, the most annoying thing is that it still uses AV connections to the TV. It wouldn't have been hard to have an HDMI output instead, and that's what everyone uses now. It's a slightly outdated way to hook it up. I had to buy an AV to HDMI converter to connect it, since my TV like many are phasing out AV connections. I imagine it was just cheaper to have AV instead, but it also feels cheaper to use if you can even connect it directly at all. To access the pre-loaded games, just start it up without a cartridge in it. What you see is a childish and frankly terrible-to-look-at layout with all the games listed in pages you scroll through. At Games really seemed to insert their own bad flavor and feel into this console, but especially this part. They have a big scrolling banner advertisement for their website at that bottom that constantly advertises to you while you look for games to play. In my opinion, this really took away from the experience and I felt like I was playing a bootleg Sega. There is one offense though that is pretty unforgivable and that is the lack of awesome hits on their games list. In what looks like all of their previous At Games / Sega consoles, they had all 3 Streets of Rage games, which is what really upped the value. The games list is pretty medicore at best without ANY of the Streets of Rage games. I know that this was the Sonic 25th anniversary edition, I wanted all of the Sonic AND Streets of Rage games, as did most others. Sega had tons of really fun games from movies, shows, comics etc. and almost none of those are anywhere to be seen either. They left out too many stars of Sega and put in way too many turds. As for the 40+ non-sega puzzle/clear rip-offs of other games, most are laughable(even in their titles). There is a Chess game that is called "Fight or Die" instead of "Chess" because theres another game on the console which is 95% similar already named "Chess". I would have been more than happy to sacrifice all of those 40+ games of unknown origin or purpose and pay more money for even 10 - 20 more fun and genuine Sega titles and an HDMI output. I really did not want to hate this system and I was really excited when it came out, but it just fell very short of bringing old Sega games back to life. I wanted to support Sega by buying their stuff in hopes of a revival, but this console seemed to cut costs at every corner instead of bringing a full-fledged Sega experience. On a positive note, this just motivated me to buy all the equipment and games I needed for my original Sega, so I got that up and running and now I'm just back to playing that. I'd just skip this system and buy an original Sega if you want an accurate experience of the game.

Não gostei. Me arrependi de ter comprado.
O console é ruim e não funciona direito com a Televisão. Os jogos são ruins e não reflete o que nós tínhamos. Me arrependi de ter comprado

I LOVE IT! ❤️
Perfecta! He probado cartuchos por separado además de los que tiene y van de lujo!! La unica pega es que los mandos al ser inalámbricos tarda un poco la respuesta... pero no pasa nada porque tiene la ranura para ponerle 2 originales!!

Per me Ottimo!
Buona giornata Ragazzi
