Amazing product. Works well with the ESR case I ordered. Has a strong grip & also charges the phone pretty quickly. Love the design. The clip has a strong grip on the ac vent & the magnet is pretty good & holds the phone firmly.

Works absolutely fine. Yet another good ESR product. I used the air vent option. Phone stays attached well and charges without any issues.

I initially liked this car mount charger as it performed well and charged my phone at a good speed. However, the build quality of the mounting hardware is extremely poor and simply does not last. The tightening screw/rotational knob that holds the phone in place is made of very low-grade, thin plastic. After only a short period of regular use, the plastic housing of the screw cracked completely. Now, the mount cannot hold the weight of the phone, making the entire unit useless. It is a shame because the charging component works fine, but the cheap structural plastic makes the whole product a waste of money. If you need a mount that can actually withstand the tension of being tightened or the heat inside a car, look elsewhere. Pros: Charging works as advertised. Cons: Very fragile plastic components; the adjustment screw cracks easily.

After few months use, no complains so far, very strong magnet and good quality material and finish. Just perfect! However when it comes to charging I found it a bit slow than average. It may take approximately 20mins for just 5 or 6% extra charge. If you are used to apple original air charger, this will disappoint you!

ESRのケース使用ですが、MagSafe対応のモデルでは無いため、強固な接着力というわけにはいきませんでした iPhone12 Proに於いては、問題なく接着されましたが、miniで使用するとケースの縁の僅かな土手が障害となりうまく接着しません ケースさえ変えれば問題なさそうですが、同メーカーの商品なのに上手くいかなかったので、多少残念でした 商品自体は素敵だと思います

I bought this product late March 2025. It securely attaches to my car's vent and has a strong magnet and thus holds my iPhone very well. Additionally, it charges as well. Pretty much a perfect product. Unfortunately, the other day I was trying to adjust the mount and the magnetic portion of the device separated from the body. I only had the product for 15 months. I contacted ESR told them what happened and sent them photos of the 2 pieces. They responded within 1 day and 2 days later they sent me a replacement. I was disappointed that the product broke but very pleased that ESR stands behind their products!

I drive a Honda City — an amazing car overall — but there’s one small design flaw that’s always bugged me: there’s literally no proper place to keep your phone. And to make it trickier, there’s hardly any good spot to mount a phone holder, except for the windshield or the AC vents. Windshield mounts end up blocking a part of your view — which can get pretty annoying (and sometimes scary) when you suddenly spot an e-rickshaw or two-wheeler out of nowhere. On the other hand, most AC vent mounts available online are either flimsy, have no proper padding, or restrict the vent movement entirely. Hit one pothole, and you’re likely to break either the vent or the holder. I’ve been using this particular mount for over a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed. After driving about 2,200 km across state highways and city roads that seem designed to last two business days (or 30 minutes of rain), my phone never once fell. The grip is excellent. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the ball joint that determines the phone’s orientation could be slightly improved — but that’s really minor. I’d love to share that feedback directly with the design team. I’d have attached a picture with this review, but my car’s currently at the service center — and let’s be honest, I’ll probably forget by the time I get it back.
