Over rated on power
Very useful for picking metal. But the 250lb working load limit is at the maximum of total power. So if your expecting to pick 250lbs safely. Don't use this. Buy something bigger. I was picking a piece of metal 247lbs( certified scale) and the slightest bump or sudden move from the crane would knock it free.

Very good quality. We use these to load forgings into lathes and they last until they are literally physically destroyed by operator misuse. We have never had one fall apart on it's own or fail in any way.
