I bought this as I read it was good fr bones. After taking it a few weeks I noticed my fingernails are long and hard! I aways have soft tearing nails. This is amazing! The only thing I changed was taking this K2

Good product. Unfortunately, the last bottle was completely stuck together which means they were not stored properly by Amazon during the warmer months. This can affect the quality so I ordered more recently from another vendor. Took off 1 star.
