Most Nutritious and Satisfactory Non-perishable Snack I Have
This edamame is the healthiest and most satisfactory non-perishable snack I have at hand. It is practical to have non-perishable food which can be eaten without any utensils. It is nice to have such snacks immediately ready when I get hungry at random intervals. However, it is hard to find non-perishable food which is nutritious, free of harmful chemicals, and low in both calories and fat. This dry roasted edamame solves the problem. It is low in carbohydrates and fat, so I do not need to strictly regulate how much I eat. It contains calcium, iron, and lots of fiber, making it ideal for someone who strives to maintain a nutrient-dense diet. The product is certified non-GMO, which is one of the biggest pluses. Best of all, I need to consume only a little of the fibrous edamame to satisfy my hunger. Usually, I will feel content if I eat just one fourth of the bag. Therefore, this compact snack is practical for hiking or traveling, while I more often carry it around to eat it on a casual basis. The snack is satisfactory in more ways than one, as it also cuts no corners on taste. The salty seasoning and the delicious crunch are perfect, in my opinion. Because each serving is very satisfying, a dozen pouches of edamame for $22 (the approximate price at the time) was a bargain even better than the bargains I got on Amazon’s organic canned beans and lentils. I did the actual math. If you are on a tight budget, then know that this edamame is a very cost-effective way to get protein and other nutrients. I find that this edamame is the ultimate solution to my need for a snack that is affordable, non-perishable, nutritious, and satisfactory. About a month after buying a dozen packs, I still have four. I placed an order for another dozen. :D

Guilt-Free Snacking: Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame
My family and I were searching for healthy snacks and found Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame. We're thrilled with our discovery! Delivery and Packaging: They arrived right on time, which was a pleasant surprise. The packs are a decent size, so one pack lasts a while unless you snack nonstop, like we sometimes do. Flavor Explosion: The taste is incredible! Lightly dusted with sea salt, these crunchy snacks are absolutely delicious. They’re roasted, not fried, so you can indulge without guilt. Healthy Goodness: Each serving is packed with 14g of protein, fiber, potassium, and iron. Plus, they’re vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO, making them a nutritious and guilt-free treat. Versatility: These aren’t just for munching straight from the bag. They make a fantastic salad topper, adding the perfect crunch. I’ve even mixed them into trail mix for an extra protein boost! Snack Attack: These are ideal for a quick break, on-the-go snacking, or just nibbling on while watching TV. They’re heart-healthy, low in calories, and free of trans fats and cholesterol. Family Approved: My family loves these. They’ve become a staple in our pantry, and we enjoy them daily. Overall Experience: Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame has quickly become our favorite snack. Delicious and healthy, it’s a win-win. If you want to add a little crunch to your life, try these. Your taste buds (and waistline) will thank you! :)

Dirt cheap way to get high protein content, also high fiber, good midnight snack
comes in 4 oz packages with a box of 12. That's 48 oz for $21 or almost $0.45 per oz protein powder like orgain is $0.68 per oz https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Powder-Chocolate/dp/B00J074W94/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1499456774&sr=8-4&keywords=protein%2Bpowder&th=1 Good but cheap pork jerky is $1.30 per oz https://www.amazon.com/Golden-Island-Korean-Pork-Pack/dp/B00T3P5TC2/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1499456817&sr=8-3&keywords=pork+jerky Thats just an analysis for people who are frugal, here's the actual review: TASTE: It tastes like very dry unsalted peanuts with a bit of pistachio flavor on it. Some people say it taste really bland after so many days and they are right. It does taste rather tasteless if you eat too much of it. Rather I would think of it as a supplement, similar to protein powder - don't eat it everyday It doesn't taste disgusting at all, but you'll definitely want to drink water right after since it is dry. NUTRITION When we talk about nutrtion, we look at protein (1g = 4 calories), carb (1g = 4 calories), and fat content (1g = 9 calories. There's 130 calories per serving and 13g of protein (52 calories). That's almost half its content as protein. Which is a lot for a legume/vegetable. If you are doing any form of bulking like I am, this is a lot of protein. So if your vegetarian you cannot go wrong with this USES OF THIS This is all the good parts now. This is what I use this snack for: PREWORKOUT → its suprisingly a good preworkout food. I tried cliff crunchbars but I get really sick of them fast, and they only last about several months anyways before drying out too much. BULKING CALORIE FILLER → this is excellent food to bulk up, normally I have a hard time planning out a surplus of calories when bulking, but adding this to my macro eating routine makes it easy to get the amount of weight + added I want per day. Usually, I just feel it out GOING TO SLEEP MIDNIGHT SNACK → This is actually a very good snack for going to sleep with. Its very easy to digest when you break it down, so its not sitting in your stomach the entire time digesting. And since its alot of protein with a mix of carbs, you aren't overloading on complex carbs that take too long to break down POOPING → Yes I said it. Its a legume (bean) so it has a huge amount of fiber, 8g per serving is a lot. Definitely noticeable and I usually eat this if I don't get enough leafy greens in throughout the day so I don't get constipation TRAVELLING FOOD → Goes into the pooping part. Normally I would eat raisins which are good travel food as well, just to get a balanced diet since being on road / travel is hard to get balance meals. Its a fairly compact package, you can put it in a bag if you need to to save up on space since its filled with air TOPPING → Its not a bad salad topper or rice+beans mix actually. Gives it a nice crunch as well to whatever your cooking also, this is list of how i get all my nonperishable proteins without getting sick of one particular protein too; - This item - Pork Jerky https://www.amazon.com/Golden-Island-Korean-BBQ-Pork/dp/B008TSVXWE/ref=sr_1_5_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1499457549&sr=1-5&keywords=pork+jerky - Protein Powder+Milk/Soymilk https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Powder-Chocolate/dp/B00J074W94/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1499457657&sr=1-1&keywords=protein+powder

I loved eating these but was told to stop eating soy. Bummer.
I used to eat these all the time instead of chips or other unhealthy snacks. They're a little on the hard side but not bad. They have a taste that one may need to get accustomed to but I liked it. It was mild and unique. The only reason I no longer eat Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame is because my doctor advised me to stay away from soy. I don't even know why. I thought soy was a healthy alternative to many other foods. I begrudgingly gave up these little green snacks but I miss them. I have substituted almonds and cashews but have to ration them out a lot more than I did the edamame because the calories are a lot higher. These are tasty and healthy for most people. If you are a woman over the age of 40ish, you may want to ask your doctor if indulging in soy is OK just to be sure. I think it has something to do with hormone reproduction. I read that soy was very healthy and helpful for women and then I read that it could cause cancer! I guess it is like most foods. You don't know if they are really safe or not and I guess my doctor feels I am better off without soy in my diet. But these dried soybeans are yummy, much healthier than chips or other salty snacks, and quite low in calories, carbs, and fat.- and high in fiber. I experienced no issues at all when I was eating these on a regular basis and my health was fine so I think my doctor may be a bit overcautious.

Great Filling, Diabetic Friendly Snack - Highly Recommended!
These "Dry Roasted Edamame" (soybeans to you and me) are a great tasting snack that is very low in net carbs (only 2g per serving) and also is very filling. The flavor is exactly what I expected, not overpowering and slightly salty (made with sea salt). These remind me of my childhood since my father and sister would fry up soybeans in a skillet with a little oil, soy sauce, and salt to make us healthy snacks. These are actually better for you because they are "dry roasted", so no oil is used, but they taste almost as good as what we made in our kitchen. Being diabetic, the low net carbs makes this the perfect snack food for me. While I normally scoff when a package says something like "Servings Per Container: about 4" because I know that to me it will all likely be gone in one sitting, but that isn't the case with these since the high fiber and protein content is very filling! Each 1/4 cup serving has 130 Calories, 10g Carbs - 8g Dietary Fiber = 2g Net Carbs, and 14g Protein. The package is resealable with a ziplock top, so the unused portion will keep fresh. These are great snacks for around the house or on the go. I take them to movies since there is never any diabetic friendly snacks sold in theaters. They do tend to make you thirsty! Highly Recommended! CFH

I love these!
I love the flavor, the mild saltiness, and satisfying crunch. These are great as satisfying late evening snack cravings without adding a huge amount of calories or unhealthy fats. About 130 calories for 1/3 cup can last me a long time eating just one at a time. 4 servings in each resealable bag, they stay fresh. I tried the Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame because of the great price and have been very happy with them. I'll be ordering them again. Roasted edamame are not for everyone. My wife finds them a bit boring. That means there are more for me!

Decent enough, but puts the DRY in dry roasted!
Edamame is not the world's most electrifying snack, so as long as you are expecting a mild, vaguely satisfying taste and texture and not poppers or bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks, you shouldn't be too disappointed. Yes, I know that's not the most ringing endorsement. I don't enjoy these nearly as much as peanuts or even the saltier fried broad beans that are commonly found in the snack aisle at Asian grocery stores. But, these are an acceptable alternative that provides a satisfying crunch, a little flavor, some protein, and not too much salt or fat. That said, edamame is low-fat, so this product is dry to the point of imparting an astringent feel in your mouth. As long as you just eat one or two at a time they are manageable, but if you try to shove a handful in your face in one shot, you're going to want to have a drink handy. I bet a beer would be an optimal solution for that problem, except then you'd probably wish for a saltier version.
