Der-Franz Coffee, flavoured with mit Caramel, Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, 1000 g

if you like to add a bit of flavour to your boring morning coffee then these little darlings do just that. if you brew half and half i.e. 1 spoon normal coffee with 1 spoon of the hazelnut flavoured coffee then its not too overpowering but dilute to taste as is often said. in my little brew monster the coffee just popped.

I'm not entirely sure why my review has disappeared, but here we go again... I do love this caramel coffee and have it on a monthly order. The flavour is subtle, but adds a nice level of taste to your daily coffee. Excellent value. You get a decent sized bag for the price. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had this 1kg bag on subscription for about two years now. Finally decided to move on this month. The main reason being when I first bought it, it was only £9 for a kg and considering the quality at that price point it was a total no-brainer. However with prices rising and this now costing £17 I think there are better contenders. Namely the brown bear blue mountain beans which are £18.50 for a kg on subscription. I’m yet to taste the latter but just ordered some. The caramel flavouring with this der franz is barely there, tbh it just tastes like coffee, and I usually add a squirt of maple syrup into mine (ps I’m not a fan of sweet hot drinks either really), it all takes the edge and acidity off the natural bean. So, can’t take away the fact I’ve drank this at home religiously for two years, it’s been lovely, but now we’re in the £20 bracket there’s a lot more choice and I think there are many alternatives that will offer up a smoother experience, I’ll let you know how it goes with the blue mountain!

Possibly my favourite of the der Franz coffee beans. They have a nice hint of caramel which comes through once the coffee is made. I like the strength as it's a medium and the beans look good. The flavour is added during roasting, nothing is added to the bean itself. Does make a nice gift. 100% arabica bean as well.

OK mellow coffee, with a kind of caramel flavour. Wouldn't be too pushed about it, bought it cheap. I wouldn't pay the price they are asking now. Won't buy again not my taste

Nice flavour not too strong like if you add syrup. Flavour is more of a hint. Tried a couple of different flavours and happy so far

Awful. Just awful. So weak it's unbelievable. If you want a cup of brown, vaguely caramel tasting hot water than this is the stuff. If you want some actual coffee then look elsewhere. Tried it in a moka pot, tried it in a french press, both resulted in undrinkable coffee. Fine ground the beans, course ground the beans, nothing worked. Very disappointed.

If you like medium roast, flavoured, gentle coffee, you won't be disappointed. I bought it for an espresso machine, but also made coffee using an Italian coffee maker, in both instances, I am very satisfied with the quality, aroma, and flavour. 👎 Nothing at all. 💲 Great value coffee beans. Highly recommended.

Está bueno,el gusto a caramelo es más bien sutil,no se esperen mucho gusto a caramelo,yo me lo tomo solo y sin azucar y después del amargor acaba con un gustillo a caramelo may agradable,lo recomiendo
