Bought one for a festival, coped extremely well with the long walk to camp site from car park. Managed most of items in just one trip. Handle comfortable to use, very sturdy sides and wheels. Very Happy with purchase, No complaints so far. Liked the pull down option for more space.

All around bad. Item arrived, the plastic connectors between anything metal are brittle and fall apart to the touch. The left wheel doesn't work (after looking at other reviews, this seems common), the handle doesn't stay in the upright position and worst of all....it doesn't re-fold, I assumed this is due to what looks like a frame being bent but the supplier states this is "by design". Once trying to return the supplier provided a QR code that doesn't work and currently almost a week waiting to try and get this returned.

The hard floor of the trolley is actually strapped to the outside of the trolley when you first open the carton, it’s there to stop it opening in transit, so it’s good to remember that later when packing it away. Opens up really easy and pops into shape, this is when you pop the hard floor in, the size quite surprisingly is massive, you can easily get a weeks worth of clothes into it for a a family holiday. The material used is thick and strong and won’t tear easily, this was primarily bought to transport our gear from the caravan car park to the caravan not using the free trolleys provided, which are made of wood and metal and are very heavy, and after two trips back and forth is exhausting! This can be kept in the caravan till it’s time to go home.

What would I do without this. Easy to assemble, when folded down it is a good size for under my table it also fits in a Tigra boot. The handle is great for functionality. I can fit a fair amount of items in this.

Almost perfect. While it is sturdy, holds a lot of weight, has pockets & has an opening back flap, the overall feel is as if it's not going to make it for another festival. At Download Festival for instance, the ground switches between chipboard pieces to straw to stone to grass to mud to metal tracks. It really struggled with the chipboard pieces & would struggle with long grass. The wheels feel as if they're going to break. The handle feels a little flimsy & it's very hard to control it going downhill. Other than that, this was a great addition to my festival setup.

I bought this version primarily to use when going to the beach from the car park. I was pleased that the drop down tailgate allowed me to load 2 windbreakers and 2 beach umbrellas, plus other beach related items quite comfortably. What I didn’t expect was the trolley getting stuck in a soft area of sand forcing me to drag it back onto firm ground, poor show! Update: When I informed the company of my experience their response was fantastic, well done for your top drawer customer service.

Living on a narrow boat it's precisely what is needed with shopping, coal collecting wood etc

The parts keep falling off and won’t hold. They also gave me a badly displayed return qr code that I couldn’t return it. I am at the store already and has to contact the seller again to get another qr code.
