Got this to try for a meeting where there is a group together and others on zoom. No more passing around the laptop to the speaker in order to be seen and heard. Now five of us around the table can be seen and heard without passing around the laptop, being a contortionist or shouting to be heard. Clarity is great on all fronts for the group at the table and those joining remotely. The thing looks really cool as well. Bought one to try for the business meeting and now got a second one for my personal use. Did I mention how easy it is to set up and get running? It is really simple and straight forward.

I bought this to use in construction environment. I work in construction testing and programming building automation systems and often have to attend Teams meetings. I bought is to have better sound control and quality. Often I am in mechanical rooms with lots of background noise and this helps cancel that out. I also use it to listen to IHeart radio or other music applications on my windows computer while I am working. It is a lot like an Amazon Echo speaker and simple to use because is purely USB powered and connected. Makes it real easy to pack up and move on at the end of each day and the same with plugging in and starting the day.

Use it with a MAC. Plugged it in, set video and audio in and out to this device. Works great. Especially like the camera. You don’t have to have it right in front of you but can have it the side and still get great picture. Sound volume in and out is great.

Easy to use. Plug it in, start up Zoom or Streamyard and I am ready to go. Great picture and the sound is clear and crisp.

I really like the wide view for video, much better than my computer. Very clear video! And that’s the extent of the positives I’ve experienced. The speaker and mic are not as great as it seems in the reviews. I have two separate ones for two different groups (5-8 people and 10-15people) and those who are virtual are constantly saying they can only hear when people are standing next to it. The speaker on full volume is really quiet. The cord is not long enough for a conference room and presentation setting. Having to plug into the computer, it’s great if it’s being operated remotely but if that’s not an option, the speaker can’t be seen in addition to all meeting attendees. It would be nice to have a longer cord or a wireless option so the presenter can operate the computer/presentation and position the camera so they are still seen in addition to meeting attendees. Overall this is a great camera for family zoom sessions with only 2-3people. Not a conference meeting setting.

The audio was a bit soft, even with the volume levels maxed. The picture quality and device are very nice. The one thing I recommend is getting a USB extension cable. The included cable winds up on the bottom of the unit for concealed storage, but is too short for most meeting arrangements. I have not tested with any USB extension cables.

I purchased this for interviews and it has worked intermittently 40% of the time, I have a new computer windows 10 and high speed internet. today again during an interview the camera cuts in and out but the speaker works sometimes. I almost always end up interrupting interviews to jump to the phone. It is stressful and frustrating. Sometimes I would start and restart the computer and then the camera would be recognized. I was actually trying to return it today but I and see that I can not. so I feel....resentful about it.

We use it in our small conference room. Great unit. I would recommend this item.
