Bought this to replace the banana slicer at work. It works great but be careful the first dozen uses or so cause the steel part is very very sharp! The only downside is that these fruit slicers can be difficult to clean. Kinda a design flaw

Upgraded from Hutzler 571 to this banana slicer. Since I have discovered Banana slicers, my life has been a total smooth sail. I have so much time on my hands now that I have helped start a couple of companies and joined a reading club AND a crocheting club. I can’t say that Hutler 571 saved my marriage like it did for other people, so I decided to upgrade to this newer design. One thing I’ll never do again is to eat banana straight out of the peel like the lesser primates. Perfect for slicing bananas into pizza topping. Cuts bananas thin, super warm, and super easy to use. A+++ would buy again

It was a nifty little tool when it worked, hence the 2 stars instead of 1, but after only using it a handful of times with no rough handling, it broke in my hands. I could understand if this was a $1 or $2 product but for it to be closer to the $10 price range, I'm very disappointed and also annoyed that I'm past the time where I can get my money back. I purchased it the end of July and it's not even mid-Septenber.. Not happy

I love using this little banana slicer. It's so easy to use, the banana slices are so cute & I've been eating much healthier now I add bananas to more meals. I also had a gathering & made a delicious fruit platter & received lots of compliments on the entire platter but especially on how pretty the banana slices were.

I was a little skeptical of how well this gadget would work, but it slices bananas nicely and it’s easy to use! It doesn’t take up much storage space in a drawer, and it washes pretty easily. Only negative is it’s plastic and I wonder how long it’ll hold up, but for now I use it daily and love it!
