Q: I have bad knees, how do these shoes work for walking and-or standing for long periods of time?

I have bad knees too. These work very well but should be changed at 3-4 months depending on how much you walk. I do roughly 7500-10k steps per day and they last ~3 months before I feel the need to replace. Not good for slippery or wet conditions though. Just FYI

Q: is this shoes good for hiking?

No. I hike alot, 50 miles a week on average and these shoes lack lateral support for hiking. Beside the material is cheap so the uppers wear out quickly.

Q: Are these shoes good for gym and workouts for a couple of hours a day ?

I work the heck on them. I'm very happy. Light good traction and soft on feet and back.

Shoes are true to size! They are lightweight and have great support. I worked in fast food when i originally got them so I was on my feet 6+ hours and had little to no foot pain! Great buy

These shoes are average. You can tell they are a lesser quality shoe, but they do get the job done. When I use them for running I keep getting foot cramps.
