Have you noticed this helps at all with inflammation and joint pain? The reviews for it seem sketchy at best. What's been your experience with it?

I was taking it to fight bruising on my legs. Don't really know about it helping inflammation and joint pain. Now that winter has artived early, everything hurts more!
