Better than sugar!

Best Sweetener
This is great for your gut health and insulin levels. It tastes exactly like sugar. Just use twice as much as you normally would sugar and you won't tell the difference. I use it on cinnamon raisin toast with butter and Ceylon cinnamon. I scoop it onto grapefruit. I sweeten things like cookies and donuts if I feel like baking them. But there's the rub, you have to work to enjoy the sweetness. That way, you won't get addicted! So, don't wait until everybody climbs onto the gravy train. Take stock in your health now. We all know that sugar is one of the best things that you can put in your body if you want to die young. Do you? Allulose is one of the best things that you can ever put in your body if you want to live a full healthy life. Act now.

Natural Tasting!
This is the first time I've tasted Allulose, as I'm giving up erythritol. WoW, so much better! It's not quite as sweet as sugar, which is great because after you stop that terrible stuff, you don't need food as sweet!! It has a natural taste to me, with no cool after taste, and less calories, less carbs and no negative body reactions!! This is obviously just healthier! I researched, and Allulose's versatility is greater than Tagalose. The resealing bag helps the contents to stay consistent. I'm combining this with stevia for my morning coffee.

Update - will continue to use this product
This was touted as a replacement for sugar. It has a low glycemic index, 0.4 calories per gram, and slows stomach emptying. The thought behind why that is good is that one won’t feel hungry for longer. It is said to taste so much like sugar it cannot be detected by their best taste testers. I have no bones with that. This review is about the product itself. I give FIVE stars to the proprietor who I bought it from. I have to use a large amount (32 grams) in my coffee. I still had to add stevia (I gave up). I added the allulose to a nut butter and it was significantly better. It appears there’s a big difference between it’s sweetening effectiveness between liquids and solids. I bought it for coffee. The kicker is, recall that stomach emptying, it gave me serious reflux. I have a BMI of 21. This is a NO for me. UPDATE: this product took a little experimentation on my part. I was able to significantly lower the amount I used to approximately 8 grams- two scoops and found it has eliminated the reflux effect. The product is not what I would call a 1:1 substitution for sugar but it’s pretty close. I am completely new to using allulose so be aware as I write what I found true for me. I have a lot of experimentation I want to do with it in baking. I like that it has a very low glycemic index and the texture of the product is great. It readily dissolves in liquid. I still use stevia a bit to augment the sweetness of allulose. That may change as I get accustomed to using it. I would recommend trying this product out. The seller was great by the way. Just be aware you may have a brief period of adaptation to using allulose. I seem to have had that.

Great sugar sub. Not a sugar alcohol. No aftertaste or GI upset
Glad to get this big size. I use a lot of allulose: coffee, cereal, baking, on fruit and yogurt. My blood sugar has been lower now that I'm using this. Also, no stomach upset. I will say it acts differently in baking. You have to bake at a lower temperature. For example 300-325 vs 350 or things will burn. And you may need to use it with other sweeteners like regular sugar, erythritol(some studies say it may lead to blood clots or heart issues) or xylitol(only if you don't have dogs, xylitol is fatal to dogs).Otherwise your baked goods will not be crispy. They'll be soft. I made sugar free maple and chocolate syrup with it. Allulose is not a sugar alcohol and has been found to be safe. I haven't had any stomach or intestinal issues with it. No aftertaste.

Zero sweetness and zero pH change.
So I typically use stevia which is also natural. I have no issue with it other than sometimes it is pricy. I tend to use 3 packets in a liter or 2 packets in a 16 oz coffee. With coffee it’s primary function is about neutralizing the pH, but the sweetness is nice So this product does nothing. I started with 2 packs as usual in my coffee, and nothing, I thought maybe it doesn’t dissolve the same so I gave it a stir —nope! I added 2 more packs, stirred and still no change. I was determined to find out what would neutralize the acid and add that touch of sweet so I kept adding packs and stirring, after 16 packs and no acid change I gave up and made another cup of coffee and used my 2 stevia packs. Being a scientific person I pulled out my pH test strips and tested each cup to make sure I wasn’t just going on taste alone. I tested the pH of a standard cup, the allulose with 16 packets, and the steva with 2 packets. The standard and allulose were exactly the same and the stevia was right in the middle! So in conclusion it wasn’t my imagination it really did nothing.

Just ok!
I like that this allulose sweetener is zero calorie and has a clean ingredient profile, which is great if you’re trying to reduce sugar. The taste is pretty neutral and doesn’t have a strong aftertaste like some other sweeteners. However, I noticed I had to use significantly more compared to other sweeteners to get the same level of sweetness. Because of that, it didn’t last as long as I expected, and the overall value wasn’t as great. Good option if you prefer a more natural taste, but just keep in mind the higher usage.

Better than sugar
Allulose exceeded my expectations. It doesn't have any of the after taste what other sweeteners have. Tastes like sugar without any spike in bloodsugar.
