what is the gallons per minute for the blue pump?

No idea. I don't put a gallon in it. Flows nicely and cat loves drinking from it. Every day I put 4 or 5 ice cubes on the top tray and it keeps the water cool. However, it's impossible to get filters so I use nothing.
