I have been using this grinder for the last 1 year, and overall the product quality has been very good. The performance is smooth, and the build quality feels durable for regular daily use. Recently, the grinder stopped working. After contacting customer support, I had a really positive experience. Their service team was supportive and professional, and they replaced the grinder along with one blade free of cost with a newer and latest version. I truly appreciate their customer service and after-sales support. Based on my experience with both the product quality and service, I would definitely recommend going ahead with this product.

Very good product, it makes your life easier, in a small package it packs a punch and does not take much space in your kitchen, Support is very good, my mixer some how was not working they replaced it immediately.

Very good mixer. All 3 blades and jars work well. Amazing customer service- my mixer stopped working after 20 months. I was given a free replacement and the customer service response was excellent. Would definitely buy again.

I have been using cookwell bullet mixer grinder since more than 1year and i have a wonderful experience using this product. However 2months back suddenly the grinder stopped working. I contacted the customer care for the solution and I was amazed with their service as they provided me a new grinder that too free of cost which was really unexpected. Usually other brand would have charged me for servicing/product replacement/product part. Fully satisfied with the product and the service. Would definitely recommend family/friends for this product.

The Mixer worked well, used it for making shakes, Powder and Chutney. I was happy with the top class customer service provided by Cookwell customer support. My mixer stopped working and after reaching the support team , they arranged for a pickup for the old mixer and sent me a replacement ( new mixer) within a week . I am very happy with the customer support provided which was done swiftly.

Overall, a convenient buy if you need speed and simplicity, but not a full replacement for a powerful traditional mixer grinder.
