Can you used this oil on decking?

I'm sure you could but I would stick to what it's produced for!

Can it be applied on wax paint ?

Suspect not Wood is best bare to absorb oil Evenly Could try a teststrip but other products may be better.

Is it good for olive wood?

It should work well for Olive Wood as well, as long the application is on outdoor wood.
