I’ve been taking this supplement daily and I’m happy with the results so far. It helps reduce my sugar cravings and supports my overall routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. Good quality for the price.

Only Day 2. I took this because I heard it makes sugar taste disappear. It does but for whatever reason, seems like a hit and miss for me. I can’t taste sugar in my coffee but when I have some sweet foods, I taste sweetness. Soda tastes like sparkling water while candies pecans have a faint sweetness to them. It may be my brain sending memories of the tastes (ghost flavor?). Very odd. Also, spicy foods aren’t as spicy. The only problem I have is that because sweetness is faded, I find myself eating more because I’m not feeling the typical rush I get from sugar. This is such a mind bending experience. I need my blood sugar to level downso I’ll see how it is after a week and try to come back to add more info.

I don't have a picture but after using this pills I'm feeling excellent, full of energy and more calm. I do recommend talking to your doctor in case you're taking other pills because my sugar/blood pressure dropped because I mixed berberine, gymnema and metformina, outside that please do buy it, it's a life changer

I always keep this on hand and take it when I'm about to indulge in something sweet. It reduces blood sugar affects. It's easy to use as a crutch, so I'm mindful to keep to my healthy way of eating.

I just purchased a second bottle without really thinking about it. I've been taking these twice a day, AM & PM, for over three months now. My sugar cravings are full-on and, in fact, they're even worse. I don't believe taking these is providing a benefit. Since I have another full bottle I'll continue taking them for another three months and report back with an update around October 1, 2026.

The product works! You must use it to correctly though which it doesn’t tell you. Best way to do it is drink a lot water and eat smaller portions. Give it five days to really settle into your system. Your stomach will start paralyzing eventually.

I do suffer from insulin resistance . I tried several medicines and several diets with workout and nothing worked to lose some weight!!!!! Not even 1kg!!!!
