Super cute pump! Did not come with a protective seal so if you’re worried about that here’s your disclaimer. Consistency is of a thin lotion, like the one from cerve specifically. All fragrance products have a smell, even though there is no fragrance, this one smells okay. SUPER faint smell of wood or something nature like that. I would say it’s quite pleasant, unlike some other fragrance products that smell like an old warehouse.

As someone with scent allergies I absolutely love this conditioner. It conditions my hair and makes it feel smooth, which many other unscented products do not do. It can be used on babies and adults too. It can be really hard to find unscented products these days, especially ones that are good quality. If I could give this six stars I would. This is probably the best conditioner I've ever used. I bought it for my daughter and a pea sized amount goes a long way and makes her hair silky. I tried it on myself and it was way better then my conditioner. I'll probably start using this. It's a little expensive but you need way less of it as it actually works. Best part is there is zero scent and I'm very sensitive to scents, especially in hair products.
