These chews are really tasty and easy to take, just like a lolly. They contain calcium, vitamins D & K. All are individually wrapped. If you have trouble swallowing pills these are ideal.

Reliable, easy, almost no calories, good taste
I am over 50 and I'm trying to reach that 1200 mg/day target. I had been trying to do it by eating real food alone, figuring that that would the healthiest way. But I confess, I had trouble. I just got so sick of all the milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, mozzarella sticks...I was/am thin and fit, but it was still overwhelming, and monotonous. So I started using Viactiv to get about half that RDA. That worked great for a year.Then I started a medication that made me gain a little weight temporarily. I suddenly had to cut back a little on everything. Not having to eat/drink all those calcium-rich products really helped me control my weight for a while. I'm slowly working some of it back in, but it has been nice to have that option.I really don't mind the taste. It always reminds me of a tootsie roll. Not the best, but really quite okay!

Sure better than large calcium pills
It's wonderful to have an alternative to large calcium pills that also include vitamin D and K and tastes like a chewy Tootsie roll.

Better than huge Calcium huge pills
The Calcium andd Vit D chewables are definitely better than swallowing the huge pills. They taste of chocolate and I have no complaints.
