I do not write many reviews, but I had to for this product! This is the best heat wrap I have ever used. Over 20+ years I have been given heat packs from physical therapists and chiropractors and purchased many of my own - this one beats them all hands down. I microwave it a bit more than the instructions suggest because I like it HOT. This wrap retains heat really well. The outside is super soft and the ties let me secure it in place so I can be "hands free". I am an elementary school teacher and I have even worn this wrap while teaching a class of 28. The moist heat is very soothing. The design is impeccable! I have used this wrap for my neck, shoulder, arthritis in my hip and knee, and menstrual cramps. I will be buying another wrap so I can keep one at work and one at home. I have even bought this wrap as a gift for a friend. I highly recommend!!

I purchased this product 2 years ago, have used it frequently, and it's still in good condition. It holds heat for more than 30 minutes and because you can tie it around your waist it is perfect for back and hip pain because you can just put it on and move around in comfort. . The smell is pleasant. I definitely recommend it!

Works, Unique fit, versatile. weird smell when heated

Great for your lower back and in between your shoulder blades! I like that the stitching is done in a way that keeps the pellets in place and evenly distributed. The material is soft and the tie straps are long. For my microwave 3 minutes makes it perfectly heated for a strong moist heat, if your microwave is a high wattage start lower. I haven’t had any issues with it smelling burnt or the material not holding up. *Updating* 6 Months of use and still no burnt smell or scorching the fabric. I would suggest maybe lowering the power on your microwave if the wattage is on the higher end. For reference ours is 1000W.

I bought this because I remembered how I looked forward to that heating pad at the end of a physical therapy session. I already have an electric heating pad, but it's not really safe to use at night, when I might want it the most. Plus, I hate feeling stuck to a cord and having to stay in one position. I'm wearing it now as I type, so I am one happy lady! It did take a good 3 minutes in my little microwave, but that's OK. It was worth the wait! I already was forewarned that the heat isn't lasting, but I don't plan on wearing it all day! But if I want to wear it longer, it's no big deal to pop it back in the microwave. I love the cozy fluffy cover too. I chose the blue and I'm so happy! Thank you, and my lower back thanks you! EDIT July 24, 2025: I'm addicted! Where have you been all my life? BTW: It said to put it on a plate, but then I figured out that was unnecessary since I have a carousel. Derp! Not sure how this would work in a tiny microwave, and I have to fold mine in 3's. No problem! Did I mention I'm in love? LOL

Well made heating pad that is very comforting for aches and pains and sent to my daughter for period pain.

Heats well. I like the weight. It is heavy. I like the size and the tie. But it smells bad. It's fishy smelling and it makes everything it touches smell. If it weren't for that, I would give it 5 stars.

love it, I use it ever morning for 30 mins to loosen up my stiff lower back. I find the moist heat to be very soothing. I would rarely use my electric heating pad because it was to confining but with this microwavable one I am free to move around without having to unplug it, so for me it is simple and convenient to use 👍.

Great for back, shoulders knees, cramps, or just to feel warm damp heat...works great for pain

I bought this to stay snug in the small of the back, and it does. But it also can be used over the belly (menstrual cramps, anyone?) and I have recently had hip trouble that was well soothed by tying this on the appropriate side. So I'm finding it is good in a variety of placements. It's also velvety soft to the touch, and the ties are long enough that it doesn't matter that I'm far from slender. The only drawback is that it doesn't smell particularly good when heated - or perhaps that's just mine. I recommend it and I bought another to give to my mother.

After heating 2 times for a duration of 5 minutes each, it ruptured and all the materials inside of the belt , came out. The belt can not be used any more. Moreover the heat resists for maximum 5 to 6 minutes. It is quite obvious that this is a CHINA MADE product. Never ever buy this product . This is the reason this product is non returnable.
