Skechers Women's Sure Track Trickel Health Care & Food Service Shoes

I have to say that these shoes have saved my career. I recently started a job where I am standing on my feet all day long. I had been wearing shoes that I thought would be great (walking type shoes), and boy, what a surprise - my feet were really, really suffering. I came home with numbness and soreness to the point I couldn't walk without feeling terrible pain. So, I ordered a pair of really expensive orthotic-style shoes. I had seen amazing reviews so I thought I'd be good to go with those shoes. Nope... one day wearing them actually made my feet WORSE - they were more numb than they were before. In tears and desperate to function at work without being in agony, I did some research and came across these Skechers. Praying that they could work, I ordered a pair. A few weeks later, I am happy to say that these shoes have been amazing for me. Slowly, wearing these shoes, my feet are starting to feel more normal. They are still a bit numb, but much better than before. Now, at the end of my shift, I can walk to my car with minimal discomfort. The shoes are nice and wide (I have wide feet), leaving plenty of room for my feet (especially in the toe box) to expand as they swell during the day. There is enough padding that the heels and balls of my feet feel pretty good when standing and walking. The rubber sole is skid resistant, and trust me, they are (sadly, that's been tested once or twice, ha!). So if you are in need of good work shoes, these might work for you. They've been a lifesaver for me.

I've always been a fan of Skechers. And as an adult, I've been experiencing plantar fasciitis/heel pain, and supination (I feel the need to walk on the outside of the soles of my feet, to be comfortable). I'm on my feet a LOT - I walk about two miles to work, and two back, 4 to 5 days of the week. I work in a restaurant, and depending on my shift, I'm on my feet anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. These shoes seemed like they'd give me the support my feet needed, and offer the Skechers comfort that I adore. I was able to try on my true shoe size (9.5 wide) at a local store; I figured that I should look at a 10 wide, and add an insert for extra heel support. As lovely as the memory foam in, it's not quite enough by itself. There was almost no break-in period. I got my inserts the same day as my shoes (I did try to wear them without the insoles, and I made the right choice for myself by adding the extra support), and WOW. These shoes give me a little bit of height, and I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. Because I ordered the next half-size up for me, it's a bit loose around the heel, but not enough to be unsafe or a bother. The slip-resistance has been lovely - I am not a naturally graceful person! - and while my foot issues remain, these shoes are definitely making long shifts on prep and at the register more bearable. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase; I did not expect these shoes to fix my foot issues, and I did expect to order my shoe a bit bigger to keep the original insole plus my support insole in the shoe. I love the comfort, and hope that these will last me for awhile!

I've worn these shoes for 3 years. They are so comfortable, straight out of the box, and offer the best possible support for arches and feet. The memory foam is like walking on a cloud all day. When I first began wearing these shoes 3 years ago, I was working with a serious foot injury and these were the ONLY shoes that provided relief for my foot! I'd even gone to an orthopedic shoe store and spent $129 on a pair of shoes that were thrown in the trash within 2 months. But these Skechers have been with me since 2020 and I believe were a positive contribution to my complete healing! In 3 years I have gone through 3 pairs so they last about a full year working 32-36 hours per week in a busy kitchen. Very durable and being made of all leather, very water-resistant. They're so dependable and comfortable. TIP: UV light kills fungus and when you're sweating in shoes 8-9 hours a day, you don't want to take any chances of developing an infection! To keep these shoes fresh, I loosen the laces, expose the inside to sunlight, and leave them in the sun for 3-5 hours on nice days. Voila, they're like new.

Personally, I found the shoes to be a little small, even in the size that I usually get in all shoes, which is 9.5. Another reviewer mentioned how these shoes helped them be pain free, even when standing for 10+ hours straight, and that was why I bought them; however, I have found that my feet have still started hurting at around the same time they always do, which was kind of disappointing. Other than that, I find these shoes to be very comfortable, especially when standing for short periods of time. I wear these all the time and it helps my feet feel good in the short run. In the long run, when the pain does come on from standing for long periods of time, the pain isn't as blunt as it was before, if that makes sense. It helps with the pain in my feet, but it does not make it go away unfortunately. This may be different for other people though, so don't lose hope! For the most part, they are slip resistant. I work in retail and I have found that I slip less often when squatting up and down to hang tags and the like. Dust and dirt do cling to the bottom of the shoes, so I recommend washing the bottom sometimes, and the slip resistant quality will be more useful. Overall, these shoes are very nice. I wear them frequently for work and when not at work. Are they perfect? No. Do they get rid of the pain totally for me personally? No. With these thoughts in mind, I recommend these shoes to those who need pain-relief, but not to those expecting to be pain-free.

I have spent a lot more money on shoes for work that were supposed to be comfortable and weren't. I'm very impressed with this shoe. I especially like the arch support I get as I need it. They also have a very comfortable step as I'm on my feet 8-10 hours per shift. As I wear these over time, I will post an update as that is the information I look for when reading reviews. And the best part is that I paid about a third of what I have for other shoes. Even if I have to buy 3 pairs a year, it's worth it to have something that feels good on my feet. UPDATE.......after one month of wearing these, I wouldn't change a thing! They were comfortable the entire first night I wore them even though I brought my old ones along to change out after part of the night. This is the first shoe I've owned I could wear the first time and not suffer from blisters or other problems from a brand new shoe. I love the arch support and they help these ol' feet get through an 8-10 hour shift just fine. There are several other work shoes sitting in my closet now I don't plan to wear again. I hope I will always be able to find this shoe when it comes time to replace them. Also, I have a big wide foot with bunions and these still work wonderfully well for my feet. I hope this helps someone else looking for a comfortable shoe!

***UPDATE***: I wore these shoes yesterday 3-13-19 for the very 1st time, not knowing what to expect, shoes were a little stiff, but that's expected from leather, end of my work shift, im in the food svc industry, my feet were little sore, but not from shoes, but from standing 8 hrs, and from new shoes, but best thing of all when I woke up this am, my left foot usually is throbbing and hurting very painfully, not this am, my left foot felt AWESOME!!!!, very little pain at all. now very highly recommend this shoes!!!! will mostly definitely come back to buy more shoes likes this!***** I absolutely love these work shoes to replace the new balance 626's one I bought that for some reason hurt my left foot so bad, Ive been limping a lot lately. I ordered these hopefully because I have custom orthopedic insoles prescribed by my foot doc for left foot heel pain, I put in my insoles in these new shoes that came into today, was was very pleasantly surprise cause they all day if u put on new shoes and they don't hurt they are fit right for ur foot, and I ordered 1/2 size bigger with a 4E 11 women wide, cause I have wide feet, my left foot didn't hurt at all with these shoes and my insoles, and I felt like I was walking on a cloud of air. shipping was seamless and fast, no damage., ive always trusted amazon and sellers to do me right with shipping and costs, the cost was fantastic, seller has been I very may reorder this product again to have a spare pair I have alternate for work and not wear the same pair every day, GREAT WORK GREAT JOB ALL ROUND!!!!!!!

Super Comfortable. Perfect for work, running , winter ,summer ,office. I like that it’s leather so I polish it and no need to wash and wait till get dry so it’s new every day. and leather also good for winter. and I like it’s whole black so I can use it for professional occasions or even weddings. and very comfortable from upper and bottom as my feet are very sensitive. I wish they keep making it (with a more update as may be natural leather and longer life cushion and stronger rough bottom) I tried many Skechers shoes but this is the best

I work in a restaurant kitchen as a pastry cook, with all the pastries and desserts—so it doesn’t get as crazy as the hot kitchen does in terms of working areas. These shoes arrived on oct 19, but I didn’t start wearing them until two days later because I was off work—so I’ve been wearing them less than a week, and I only wear them when I’m at work, I haven’t used them for anything else in the five work days I’ve used them on. I also haven’t tripped or skid or bumped into anything or anyone to warrant this tear on the side that I saw when I put on my shoes this morning. Which leads me to the conclusion that i guess these just aren’t made properly. I’m going to see if I’m able to exchange these but I doubt it..now I’m going to spend who knows how much money for these to be repaired (I don’t think I want to use super glue on these). And I just spent over $50 on them too. They’re incredibly comfortable though, they fit great (I’m a 8.5 in other shoes but when Skechers I wear 9) and they look bulky but they’re light on the feet and I do love how they feel—I’ve worn Skechers casual shoes and sneakers for years and I’m a fan. These work shoes seem to be non-slip for sure, the soles are nice and thick..it’s just those seams on the side. That’s the only reason why I gave this a 3..otherwise 5 all the way

These shoes have performed well for a few years now. As a house painter with arthritic feet, I was so pleased when they fit and felt good on my feet. The toe box is not just wide enough, but deep enough not to put pressure on unhappy metatarsals. They are not clunky or heavy, no toe tripping. If you are on your feet all day you will not be disappointed.
