Perfect. Items are thick, strong and durable and of great quality. The variation of resistance across all the bands are just right for a range of exercises. The packaging was good and the carrying pouch makes them very easy to keep together and carry from place to place. Great value for the price.

Arrived quickly. The bands are a good width and good quality. They are clearly labelled with how strong the resistance is. A small bag comes with the bands to store them away neatly.

These are good value for beginners . I do feel that the lighter weight ones are a bit flimsy in that they curl easily . But they offer resistance and the heavier ones are fine . So overall - I’d say yes , they’re good value and do the job .

Ho acquistato il set di Fokky Elastici Fitness (Set di 5) – Bande di Resistenza e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Il kit include cinque bande con diversi livelli di resistenza, perfette sia per chi è alle prime armi sia per chi si allena già da tempo e vuole aumentare gradualmente l’intensità degli esercizi. La qualità del materiale è molto buona: gli elastici sono robusti, elastici al punto giusto e non danno la sensazione di rompersi facilmente anche durante allenamenti più intensi. Inoltre sono compatti e leggeri, quindi ideali da portare con sé in viaggio o da usare a casa senza occupare spazio. Le utilizzo per diversi esercizi, soprattutto per gambe, glutei e riscaldamento prima dell’allenamento, e fanno davvero la differenza. Ottime anche per stretching, yoga o riabilitazione. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono. Consigliate a chi cerca un set completo di bande di resistenza versatili e facili da usare.
