Make sure to be at home the whole day that you start on the capsules, I had diarrhea the whole first day. The capsules gives a great energy boost before workouts! Only taking one serving in the morning will not help with hunger throughout the whole day, but it helps for about half the day. I have not taken a second serving later in the day, simply because I don’t want the energy boost to interfere with my sleeping pattern incase it doesn’t work out before bedtime. I have lost weight while taking the capsules, but I have also changed my eating habits, it is therefore not possible to tell how much weight I have lost because of the capsules alone.

وصلتني علبة الدواء في حالة يرثى إليها من الداخل ، بمجرد فتحي للعلبة وجدت القطنة التي تحمي الدواء من الاهتزاز أثناء النقل كلها مليئة ببودر الكبسولات، ما هذا الكبسولات كلها متسخة. أما بخصوص فعالية الدواء ، صفر فعالية، أول يوم أخذت كبسولة وراقبت شهيتي ولكن لم أشعر بفرق نهائياً بتاتا، وتابعت يومين آخرين صبرا على النتيجة لكن شهيتي للأكل لم تتغير، فاليوم الرابع أخذت كبسولتين معا وفعلا لم أجد أي نتيجة. لا أعرف ما فائدة هذا الدواء، ولماذا الكذب في باقي المراجعات والادعاء انه دواء فعال لكبح الشهية، لابد أنه ترويج كاذب للمنتج. لا يستحق هذا المنتج أي نجمة، لكنني مضطرة أن اختار تصنيفا له.

I’ve been using Inno Shred and I’m honestly really happy with it. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that I feel more awake and focused without feeling jittery or overstimulated. No racing heart, no shaky hands, and no sudden crash later. My workouts feel better and more productive, and I have the energy to get through them without feeling wiped out after. I’ve also noticed I sweat more and my body feels tighter when I’m consistent, which tells me it’s actually doing something and not just hype. I like that it doesn’t mess with my appetite or my sleep, because I’m sensitive to that. It fits easily into my routine and doesn’t feel harsh at all. This is one of those supplements that supports what you’re already doing without making you feel awful. Lost 10lbs in 3 weeks taking 2 of these in the morning and working out 3 days a week. It works, but you have to be active to get the full benefits. Don’t just take and expect to lose weight without effort.

I started using inno sherd three weeks ago and for a girl that is always tired and drained this is a sure energy booster, it makes me feel good keeps me focused and energized when working out to achieve my weight loss goal I love that the sugar content is not high and it suppresses my hunger, very easy to use great value for money I love it get yours now !!!

Ok this is completely honest review from someone who suffers from panics (medicated with alprazolam that drains all my energy out) This product definitely works, I’m used to caffeine (just because my migraines are treated with acetaminophen and caffeine pills) so, caffeine does not affect me (like others have mentioned) , I started with two pills and the energy was definitely from zero to 10 , I’ve been working out without getting tired after 5 minutes. Also seems to be working on my digestion. I’m not giving 5 stars because I just think 1 capsule is enough, since 2 made me somehow nauseous (terrible feeling) I decided to try just one to see if it does something and definitely yes, the only thing I noticed is appetite suppressant is significantly noticeable if you take the 2 pills at the time , but trust me 1 is best way to start and also helps with your cravings somehow. I’m not getting awful side effects with one pill (yet) but I’ll definitely back in few days to update if I get sick after few days more taking this. Drink plenty water and again “start with one “
