Even after storing it unopened for years, I could still apply it with good results!
This is the recommended sealant for apply to the sides of RVs since it does not run. It stays where you apply it even upside down if you need to. It is nice and white which matches the color of my motorhome. I received this sealant about 2 years ago and finally had to use it today. It might have been stiff due to it being "aged. It was too thick & stiff to come through its nozzle so I cut the nozzle down and used my caulk gun to push it out onto my gloved finger. I applied it that way forcing it into the cleaned areas I wanted to seal. It sticks very well to my motorhome side and I troweled it with gloved fingers. I was able to really make it look very smooth using some soapy water on my fingers. I wonder how it would have flowed if I used it when I first got it but I was still able to use it after 2 years unopened. I like it!

The choice for sealing a RV or camper roof
This stuff works on campers. Stay away from silicone/caulk when trying to seal your roof!

Easy to apply and holds up well even in heavy rain
Used it in a solar install for my RV to cover points of entry. Easy to apply given it self-levels and it held up very well in 3 Thunderstorms in about 2 weeks time. Only downside is that it keeps coming out of the tube even if you release the pressure on the caulk gun, so make sure you have paper towels handy.

Great edge sealant for trailer roof
Used this on the roof edge of my trailer where rubber meets aluminum/fiberglass with great success. It is not self leveling, so there is no concern with dripping. This an elastomeric product, so once cured, it will still flex with any movement. I live in a Northern clement that sees drastic temp fluctuations and I have yet to see any shrinkage cracks. It is a sticky product, and does not layout like a silicone, so take care when applying. (bring lots of paper towel.) Great product.

The name earns it popularity.
I used this for a 1995 RoadTrek RV repair I did, as well as sealing up the roof trim and window trims that have gaps in them. It seems to stay "tacky" for quite some time so avoid touching it but for sure no water getting through it. Don't cheap out on your repairs with silicone or caulking.
