I’ve had surgery on my knee to help with my meniscus and to replace my acl. Since the surgery, any long period of time spend standing or exercising has led to pain and discomfort. Recently I was having trouble walking, as it felt like my knee was catching on itself, and hobbling around is no way to get around. I tried this out for a couple of weeks and I’m astounded. My knee pain and discomfort is gone, I’ve been able to stand for prolonged periods f time without issue, and I’ve even been able to enjoy the gym again without fear that my knee will buckle or crack under the weight. I definitely recommend this supplement, especially if you have weakened ligaments. I will definitely be replenishing my bottle once it is empty (which won’t be for a while since this is a three month supply). Worth the money. Took only about 2/2.5 weeks to start feeling a consistent difference.

I have Achilles tendonitis in my left ankle, and nothing was helping much. Getting an orthotic, using a heel lift (Skyfoot) WITH the orthotic, Ankle exercises, etc. I could walk, but after a few minutes, I would start limping with pain. I decided to try this, and within a week my pain was greatly reduced. I also started adding 1 scoop of Orgain Collagen Peptides into my coffee each morning, but I think this is the thing that made the most difference. It's still not 100%, but I went from not being able to walk more than a few blocks without pain, to being able to walk about a mile without pain. And when the pain does come back it's not nearly as bad. It's also cost efficient when compared to collagen peptides (20 servings for about $20-30 vs 90 servings for about $35). I've only done 50 out of the 90 days, so I look forward to increased pain relief as I get through the bottle. I'll update after day 90. UPDATE: It's been about 115 days and my left ankle is almost normal. A tiny bit of stiffness in the morning that goes away as soon as I start moving around. I would recommend anyone to give this a try. Within one week my plantar fasciitis was nearly gone. I've been taken this since the middle of December, and it greatly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I am still having some pain in my hip area, but it has been wonderful to be able to walk & sleep without constant discomfort. Definitely worth a try.

I had a partial tear in my glut area which was taking a long time to heal. I got this hoping it would help with the pain or promote healing. I thought that after a few weeks I would see improvement, but I don't think it really helped at all. My injury is slowly healing and by now I have finished the whole bottle over the last 3 months. This is my experience and I'm sure that individual results may vary, but for me, this was no miracle cure and made no difference.
