Great value
I got the Goliath. I love this stand. Quiet and light. Seems heavy duty and sturdy. I’m very happy with the stand. The stand is straight forward for assembly. But the instructions are crap. Watch the YouTube video. The bungies on this new style summit concern me as they double as a seat back rest holder to a tree and they hold your stand together when transporting the stand backpack style. Seems like the bungies May wear out sooner than I would hope. The “teather” that holds the top platform to the bottom platform (to keep you from losing bottom while in tree) seems cheap. I’ll probably replace with better rope. Overall- great product. Absolutely recommend it. Aside from a cheap teather and possibly weak bungies - this thing is very heavy duty and quiet. I’m new to the stirrup design and I question the longevity of the plastic. They make cloning the tree easy. I hated dealing with the older webbing and getting my stiff boot inside. The stirrup is much faster. As another reviewer mentioned - the padding does not wrap all the way around like it used to. Now I’ll hve to get that foam pipe insulation and tape it on- to protect my gun from getting beat up.

Rock Solid and Quiet!
I did a lot of read up on different climbers before purchasing. I settled on the Summit Goliath as I wanted something to conform to bigger guys as I'm a big hunter. Set up is a breeze and vary easy to carry through the woods on long hikes in! Climbing was extremely simple and this stand makes virtually no noise what so while climing. Summit Goliath is ROCK SOLID once your in it and at desired height in the tree, didnt move, shake, sway, creek, bend, or any other while in the tree. You almost don't need to where your harness although, you would be foolish not to. Very happy with this purchase and it will be with me for every hunt! Any bow hunter who hasn't used or owned a climber I highly recommend purchasing one and you can't go wrong with Summit! Only added benefit I can think of is extending the platform out another 2 to 3 inches for more leg room when you sit.

Awesome stand!
I am a first time tree stand buyer and owner. And i must say, i cant imagine it getting better than this one. Its super easy to Set up, climb, and sit in. Im about 18 feet up in it right now and i couldnt feel more safe. I weight about 240 with about 20 pounds of gear. As for treestands go, i would imagine any extra room is not only hard to come by, but will make handleing and climbing that much more difficult. That being said, i have room to stand, sit and even turn around. Thats more then i could ask for. The harness gets bad reviews for good reason. Its not the easiest to get used to, but after fiddling around with it for about an hour and putting it on before i even left my house, its not all that bad and easy to get used too. The stand is perfect as it is, but the one mod i will make is to add a large carabiner or two to attach my backpack, bow and my coat to if need be. Ohhh. And cut the tags off the seat. They make crumbling sounds. I highly recommend this stand... GET IT!

A very solid stand
I ordered the Goliath model because I wanted what I thought would be the strongest one to use. I am not disappointed. I have had three different ones in my life, (i've used them for over 30 years) but this one is the most solid when on the tree. And when climbing, the cable slips right up the tree almost effortlessly. I can now sit a couple hours longer than I could before with my less comfortable older one.

Slow shipping
Stand seem to be good easy to assemble have not used as of yet .shipping was terrible was 3 days late .i got it to go on a hunting trip said it would arrive day before leaving for trip but that didn’t happen so I didn’t get to go on the trip nevertheless to say I didn’t have a stand to hunt out of . Had the same stands a little cheaper paid a little more because of the faster shipping time but that never worked out to good

Just like the big retail stores
Everything I expected and was listed at a great discounted price at the time I purchased. Never thought I would buy my BF a tree stand from Amazon.

Rock solid climber
What I dislike is the seat. Wish was like my API and I could zip off the backrest. Switched out for my API seat. Do to the taper towards the back of the stand of It is hard to keep the seat far enough forward. Some kind of loop on front of seat and hook on frame may be a solution. Stand digs into treebark so deep it is hard to break loose some time. Good thing for safety but bad for stealth. Wish they had padded wraps around the whole top rail. Would help with noise sinceI keep my bow across there. Ended up buying more rail wraps and zip locked them down. Would buy again.

Flexible and ease to use
I typically don't hunt out of treestands, but wanted something I could use in a multitude of locations. Have used a few dozen times since getting, find its light to pack, quick to set up and after seeing a couple videos online figured out the climbing so that it's not nearly as physically tasking.

Buena compra.
Es ligera, fácil de transportar y fácil de usar. Una herramienta útil para cazadores que acechan a sus presas.

Don't hesitate.
Felt safe for a first time tree stand hunter. Make sure you wear a harness. limited angle of shooting I guess that's normal being used to a traditional tree stand. Kinda big trekking through the woods, however makes up for being able to change your location. ++ taged my deer. Highly recommended it.
