Very poor packaging and delivery
The mug itself is greatโsolid, elegant, and genuinely a pleasure to drink from. I already own a few of these cups and use them regularly, so I decided to order another one. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. They shipped the cup and the saucer in just an envelope, so it wasnโt surprising that the saucer arrived shattered into many pieces. Very poor packaging and delivery, which was disappointing given how nice the product itself is.

Quick Take: This ceramic latte cup has held up extremely well with daily use and still looks great after two years. Itโs a solid, well-made cup thatโs perfect for lattes with wide mouth. What I Like: โ Sturdy with a nice medium weight โ Clean, vintage-style design โ Perfect 12 oz size for lattes โ Handle is large enough to grip comfortably What Could Be Better: โ Nothing so far โ itโs held up better than expected Final Thoughts: I use this every morning for a latte and itโs been through plenty of wear without any issues. No scuffs, no flaking, and no cracks even going from hot coffee to cold water during cleaning. Itโs one of my favorite cups I own. If you want a reliable latte cup that actually lasts, this one is absolutely worth it.
