Got this for a friend who was suffering from B.V. Don't bat an eye at the price! This is 72 doses! The products at half the price contain half the quantity and you only need a few days to feel immediately better! You definitely want to have extra on hand the moment you feel different down there and to stash away in your travel bag because we never know what is going to anger the lady beast.I'm not prone to yeast or bv but I am extremely prone to UTIs. My UTIs are usually triggered by an imbalance. I made the mistake of using my husband's soap, I work out regularly and I work 12 hour restaurant shifts so things can get weird. Out of nowhere, I was noticing symptoms of a uti. I started pumping D mannose and pushing water and managed to prevent the UTI but a few days later, I was left with an angry beaver, you know, thatuncomfortable itching burning sensation that made it obvious that my ph was thrown off. The sensation seemed to grow by the minute when I started looking for a probiotic supplement to calm the beast (my symptoms weren't full blown yeast or bv, I didn't have a ripe smell or yeasty discharge, just itchy burny inflammation to clue me in that something was off). But it was enough to pay for same day shipping. Of course Amazon same day shipping really translates to whenever they decide to fill the order. Then I kept noticing by the main search results to balance my ph that there were few for probiotics and many for boric acid. Then I remembered that I still had 2 bottles of expired PhD from the last time I kicked a yeast infection in 2017! I needed immediate relief, the discomfort was starting to crowd all my thoughts so I pulled the bottle out of the back of the medicine cabinet and inserted it in an effort to bridge the gap of whenever the probiotics were supposed to arrive.My God! Relief was instant! It took care of the internal immediately and took a few more days to reset the external. When the liquid whooshes out, it can cause a slight tickle/sensation and feel icky. But it passes. Like everyone says, have a panty protector to catch the liquid and keep you high and tight.I'm on day 3, 4th dose. I took 1 at night, 1 in the morning the first day then 1 every night and the discomfort is relieved but I plan on continuing for at least 7 days to ensure whatever imbalance I had is reset to tame the beast.So, I'm here to tell you. It works. I don't think it matters much if it's expired. I'm truly grateful I had this stash in my medicine cabinet. The probiotic suppository finally arrived (same day shipping took 3 days) and it's advertised smells like flowers?! Wtt but I plan on returning them for another back up bottle of PHd. And I fully intend on having these stashed in my car and travel bags because you never know when the sounds of hell will start screaming in your underpants.

Works well for odor control. My only complaint is they often do not dissolve completely even if used at bedtime and will leave a “paste like” residue on your underwear. It does wash off easily in laundry. I will continue to use on as needed basis. I pair it with the foam wash to keep my Ph balanced. Recommend
