Defectives product..waste of money
I purchased the MADHUFIT Lab Certified Vijaysar Wood Glass (90ml) on 15.03.2026 after reading about its benefits for diabetes management. However, my experience has been disappointing. Within just 6–7 days of use, the glass developed cracks. Initially, I noticed water leaking outside and thought it might be a minor issue, but later I realized the wood itself had cracked. Now the product is completely unusable. Considering this is an Ayurvedic product meant for daily use, such poor durability is not expected. It feels like the quality is not up to the mark. I kindly request the seller to look into this issue and guide me regarding a replacement or refund, as the product has failed within a very short period. SCAM... the item broke on the first use
I would have give 0 stars. The product broke the first time of use. All the instructions were followed. Unfortunately the item is also non refundable. Its a scam!! I would want my money back but looks like the seller is aware of the defect ans still trying to scam.

Glass is having crack on upper body, so when filled fully, it leaks upto crack marks.

Defective glass delivered.
I had ordered a herbal diabetes control wooden glass from you, but it turned out to be defective. The wooden glass is cracked in the middle, so water leaks out when I fill it. A company like yours should maintain its quality. I now request you to replace the item I ordered and send a new one.
