Great Antenna, but Placement is Everything
The Happycamping 35 Mile HDTV Antenna works very well. It is easy to place on a wall or window, aided by the extra long 16 ft cable. The title says "Amplifier" but there is no amplifier; this is an un-amplified antenna. I agree with another posting for these types of antenna: Placement is Everything ! With 2 different placements on window vs adjacent wall (at 90 degrees to the window) I got 34 channels on the window placement, and 43 channels on the wall placement. Slight movement of the antenna up, down, right or left will yield better or worse reception on individual channels. For example, I get strong, clear reception of CBS, NBC and PBS, but not ABC. I can move the antenna slightly and get ABC, but have some breakup of CBS. I think this is based on 1) the direction of the broadcast tower vs the direction the home antenna is facing, and 2) obstructions (especially nearby metal objects) between the broadcast tower and home antenna. Point is, placement of the antenna is everything !

Received channels come in clearly
It doesn't receive a lot of channels in my area, but the ones it does come in clearly. It's a good value.

I recommend you don't waste your money here
I have 2 HD TV's that I tired this antenna on. I could not pick up any channels on either TV. This antenna is completely worthless. A few years ago I hooked up some rabbit ears to one of the TV's and at least received one channel. I recommend you don't waste your money here.

I bought another one with only a 20 mile radius and half the price and it has better reception. I had to mount it to a window to get any reception. My other one is sitting on the back of the entertainment center with a wall behind it and has amazing reception.

DAMN! iT REALLY WORKS!
Ok so my expectations for this product we low. I live in the piedmont area of NC and the nearest TV tower is 25 miles. I bought this for our bedroom where we rarely watch tv and I am tired of paying TWC for a 12 year cable box and tv guide so this was a solution. I hooked up the antenna to the tv, mounted the screen on a window and reset the tv to "air". I was absolutely amazed that I am receiving all the network stations as well as their sub channels and the picture is great,

Didn't work
I couldn't find even one channel with this. I'm probably only 20 miles away from the broadcast towers. For whatever reason this didn't work for me. Amazon faithfully allowed its return.
