This is my favorite drink mix. I put it in every drink of my water. It keeps me from getting cramps in my hands and feet. I love the taste and it dissolves quickly. I put it in my Yeti, so if it doesn’t mix when adding water it will after I shake it.

Been using about a week now and am surprised how good it taste. I hated drinking water, so I never drank enough, now I really like drinking this easily mixed water drink full of electrolytes. The bulk container is about half the cost of the paper tubes per drink, so I suggest the bulk. Raspberry is nice. O by the way it's a lot better mixing water than hauling a case of flavored bottled water that weighs a ton. 😊
