Review: I'd recomend this book to anyone - Worth the money. It doesn't have any information in it that you can't find else where online but it does have all the info in one place so it does save you research time and you don't have to print anything out because it's already in your hands with the book. Review: Great product - Very helpful and informative.

Essential for IBD, lacks info on FODMAP
The book is quite helpful. VERY grateful for their work. They failed to mention FODMAP in helping people understand their symptoms. This is essential in their nutrition section of the book.

Great resource
This book is a great resource for someone recently diagnosed with UC. It takes a complex subject and breaks it down in a way that normal (non-medical) people can understand.

Excellent
A wonderful source of information across a variety of topics that were embarrassing to bring up written by knowledgeable professionals.

Great reference book for Crohn's.
Crohn's has so many symptoms and treatments and causes that we need a reference book or two to be at home. Two doctors wrote this, full of information, easy to understand. I bought this book and the Dummies version as well and refer to them often, and actually read them both from cover to cover, lol.
