In my experience it works ok in starlight. I recommend getting a different lens for low light settings for better performance.

What is the peak response wavelength of this camera's sensor?

This is a very good camera for low light fpv, it is also fine for daytime flying although if you're into racing you might want to check with the other cameras for a lower latency because as the light gets dimmer the latency increases on this camera , haven't said that I have used it for racing at night here in Las Vegas ,as for your question of what wavelength obviously is visible light, as for as for latency you can look up the manufacturer spec.
