Works well. Dissolves easily, no taste I think it is as good as Benefibre and half the price in the UK

Great for gut health
Was recommended this by my nutritionist to increase my fibre and improve gut motility. Is working great. Dissolves easily or can be mixed in yoghurt. No taste

Gut health management
Really got product to improve gut health and aid digestion. Start off with low dose of 3g and then gradually increase to 6g to avoid side effects. just a shame the delivery takes so long. Given date between 28th April and 2nd May. Not dispatched until 2nd May and late delivery

Effective, but no match for benefiber
As others have said, this is a much more cost effective option than benefiber, but not flavourless. As somebody that adds soluble fibre to plain water, this isn’t quite as palatable. Neutral flavour is not flavourless, and to me has a hint of coffee. Very effective for hormonal sluggishness though 👍

I find the product gives me extra fiber in my day to day living . There is no taste I add mine to tea or coffee and it easily dissolves.
