It's not what I expected. I expected the whole mask. But it's just the straps. I wish they would be more clear on that before you order. I'll keep it just in case but I got my old mask to work again.

After only 2 weeks, it is already stretched out to the point I may (or may not) get one more week's use! NOT GOOD! The other headgear (not this one) I had been using previously lasted at least 3 to 4 months!! So, that means this one 2-3 weeks, versus 3-4 months., That speaks for itself! I'd return for a refund, but not sure I can now. I don't expect to use the second headgear, but will be returning back to using my previous headgear. DON'T BUY, NOT GOOD QUALITTY!

Durable Medical Equipment is such a problem: DME companies say they have a return policy, but if you open the package, you can't return it, so how can one try before they buy?This item works about as well as the OEM's headgear. That said, the elastic loses it resilience quickly, and it needs continuous adjusting until you feel like it's just a strap of leather. At least you get a pair of straps. I'll order them again, but I have a higher tolerance of discomfort than many.

This headgear does NOT say RESMED on it. This headgear is of much better quality than my previous headgear which was actually coming apart. This can be seen in the picture. Note that the old headgear has the RESMED logo on it, also note that it is starting to curl with the top blue layer of fabric beginning to separate off of the bottom elastic. This headgear is only 2 months old and this should not be happening so soon. Also note that the new headgear purchased in this review is a lot wider where it runs over the user's head. The material that the newly purchased headgear is made of is better and feels like it will last much longer. If something happens and this material fails I will post an update as I have just started using this gear. I am going to buy another one for a backup as all headgear is a consumable. I would not hesitate to recommend this headgear to others.

My old head band stopped holding and neede a replacement. This was a good choice. Works well.

For the price, this headgear does the trick. I found it a bit on the small side but with time I think it will stretch. So, for $15.00 compared to over $60 for the name brand, I have to say so far, so good. The hook-and-loop holds well, and it is as comfortable as the original Resmed Headgear.

I was surprised how much I liked this very lightweight mask harness for my CPAP. It is not stretchy like the usual neoprene harness, but it really holds the mask in place. Great price and a nice surprise.

This was a very good mask strap at first (fits well and is comfortable) but then after continued use it starts do do this to your pillows (see images). The dies in the mask start to leach out and stain any pillow you end up sleeping on. I’ve washed the strap several in attempt to clear resolve the issue but it keeps doing this. I’ve ruined several hotel pillows using this strap, surprised I haven’t been charged for them yet.
