Great quality for a great price
Works great. These are tough to find even online for a reasonable price. 2 for less than the price of one everywhere else. These things hold up to giant flathead hitting, lake sturgeon running, big carp. Highly recommend

Do more research.
The rod holders I ordered did not fit the boat. Could not get them to fit. I returned them and have reordered another kind that is designed for that particular boat. My fault, didn't do enough research.

These rod holders are “DECENT” at BEST.
The design itself is kind of flimsy. They look good but don’t appear to be very durable…(all 4 bent or twisted in some way just by the small amount of pressure applied when putting a cover on my jon boat). The tightening mechanism gets them “snug” I would say but doesn’t really tighten to the point of no movement. I haven’t had a fish tackle these yet so I will update later.

Looks good
These look very good, for the price it looks like a best buy, but I have not been on the water yet, and so I can only give four starts, but it looks good. The base that you twist to adjust a angle you want the rod to go is made of aluminum and so it is easy to strip the groves on the base that keeps the rod holder in the correct angle, to fix this just add two rubber washer under the base that has the grooves.
