Pretty good I thought it would taste like swamp water but it's actually decent

After about halfway through a container of this product, I began to notice some pretty substantial health benefits. I had just recently started to see a Chiropractor for lower back and knee pain which was diagnosed as being linked to disc and possible nerve problems. I notice that when I take this product regularly, the pain is barely there to virtually non-existent! I also noticed that whenever I miss a couple of days at a time, the pain would gradually creep back on me. Also, my energy levels have sky-rocketed--even when I eat poorly! I am about 50-75% less groggy and sluggish when I wake up in the morning and generally feel pretty awesome on this product to the point that it is one of the health supplements that I take that I can't be without. I actually bought this product to help with weight loss--and quite honestly, I can't say for sure if it has impacted me that way at all. However, the pain reduction and energy that I get from it make it it well worth it regardless! I do want to address the taste and some of the issues that some commenters have faced while on this product. I would like to share some of the things that I do that may help some of you also. So 1st--the grassy, "green" taste. Yes, it does taste grassy, although I do find the product to be quite smooth tasting overall. Also, the lemon flavor is barely noticeable. So, I started to incorporate adding either 2Tbls. of organic lemon juice or 2Tbls +1Ts of organic lime juice (which makes it taste even better). If you are even remotely hung up on the green/grassy taste or just can't tolerate the idea of it, please try this and see if this helps you. I found that the lime juice almost gives it a fruit cocktail kind of flavor. Also, I found that adding ice cubes or mixing with ice water really does enhance the flavor and helps take away from the grassiness. 2nd--the consistency or clumping issues. Again, I believe that mixing with ice water or adding the ice cubes helps decrease the clumping effect. One other thing I do is mix the ingredients in my stainless steel Yeti. I don't know what it is specifically about mixing in stainless steel that dramatically cuts down on clumping, but I just know that when I do it this way, clumping is a non-issue. I absolutely love this product!

Started Keto & Intermittent fasting and have since added Dr. Bergs wheatgrass and a few other of his products. Gotta love Dr. Bergs videos and honestly this is the first diet I have ever stuck with. And now I LOVE THIS wheat grass! I mix a scoop of wheat grass and a scoop of Berg's Electrolyte Powder with 16 oz of cold water and it's delicious and refreshing...especially in hot Southern Calif. The two products together blend really well and is a very pleasant sweet afternoon pick me up. And because the taste is so sweet and drinkable I have been able to get my teen daughter to drink it everyday. She loves it and takes it in her water bottle for the day when out and about. Also, I noticed that if I feel hungry, headache, lethargic or a bit of a slump during the day between meals, I can drink a glass and bam! Energy is back, no hunger and I feel alive. And the big plus is that it's not going to take you out of Keto because theres no sugar, calories etc. And am definitely losing weight, losing the carb cravings and feeling great. So thank you Dr. Berg!!! And I love that I am getting sooo many minerals and lots of nutrition from this wheat grass and I can def feel it in my 59 yr body. Try them both together, you'll love it!

This super healthy and very nice tasting. It doesn't break a fast because wheatgrass is naturally a little sweet and it also has a touch of Stevia (last ingredient)--doesn't spike insulin. I have it every morning to boost my nutrition and cut down on vitamins (which I get tired of taking sometimes--such a chore!)

I bought this to try it. The taste is pretty good. I actually prefer it to fresh wheatgrass. If you haven’t tried fresh wheatgrass juice, you may be disappointed in the taste of this powder. Wheatgrass juice is not very tasty. You drink it for the health benefits, not the taste. I grow my own wheatgrass so probably won’t be buying this on a regular basis. To grow wheatgrass all you need are flat trays, some soil, a quart mason jar, and hard red spring wheat berries. And you need a juicer. The cost should be just a bit over what you pay for this powder. I grow it in my living room and sprout the seeds at my kitchen sink. It is actually easy to grow says the woman who can kill an air plant. When I started out, after staying at the Ann Wigmore Center in P.R, I bought the Lexen Manual Wheatgrass Juicer. It was about $50. It worked fine until I had the money for the more expensive Champion Juicer. I don’t know if this is as beneficial as fresh wheatgrass juice, so I will have to take Dr. Berg’s word for it. In my opinion, this powder is a little too expensive for regular use. However, I plan to use it for travel and may buy more.

update ..So...Its official . I am allergic to grass pollen .Many years ago i drank a shot of wheatgrass juice and was literally brought to my knees,with nausea and an intense migraine.II would never touch any wheatgrass product since.I was very hesitant to try this and very hesitant .I had tried one by one Dr. Bergs other products and they all worked ,really worked and fast as well as his chocolate shales were just delicious with absolutely NO yucky weird after taste .I am very ,very picky and sometimes even if the reviews are raving i am the one person who did not like something. Well....so i have been drinking this twice a day ,i use my amazing vita-mix and have been trying different combinations after watching Dr. Bergs videos on how he drinks this and the results are.... just amazing. Just like the other reviews say that its like coffee without that buzz . I have Insulin resistance as well as joint problems ,a torn rotator cuff ,gall bladder/liver problems ,to name a few ,i was able to get up out of bed not dragging myself but with that excited get up and go feeling ,i went walking for the first time in over a year after only trying this twice a day for three days now. I would like to add ,( to be fair and accurate) that i have been doing the Dr. Berg way of keto for about a month now. I hope this helps someone who has similar concerns . This product is truly refreshing and gives me a coolness behind my eye balls. I am so happy i took the chance and tried it . For the record i am A positive blood type which means i am highly or Hyper sensitive to EVERYTHING and i have adverse,dehibilitating reactions to many products touted to be great by many and had given up that i would ever have that get up and go feeling again. Its more of a calm get up and go feeling with excitement for the day. I am so thankful for Dr. Berg and his fastidiousness and attention to detail. My whole body feels so cool and alive and i have hope again which is something i didn't have before.

Great way to get greens and extra nutrients in my diet.

This has lemon in it, which taste good when you drink it, but leaves an aftertaste.
