I’ve used this product for many years and think it’s fantastic. Your lips do not get addicted to it, so you can apply at night and I also put it on as part of my morning routine and then don't think of it again all day. When you get a new one, it always takes far more pumps than anticipated to get the product to come out. So when I read the reviews of empty product on here I wondered if it was just a case of the same. However when I got mine I pressed it repeatedly for at least 2 minutes, and nothing emerged. This isn’t normal. It usually takes about 20 clicks or so. When I tried to return, Amazon’s automated reply is that it’s not eligible for return. And this felt like a frustrating dead end. But I persisted via a quick chat with an Amazon bot and the amount was refunded in full. You aren’t required to return the actual product but you will get a full refund so please persist and get your money back! I still love the product and have ordered another from elsewhere. Perhaps this was a faulty batch.

Great product. But takes about 200 clicks to get it working. Only worth buying when on offer, or if they get delivery system sorted. Edit- I've changed this from 3 stars to 1, as just opened another of these, and after 400 clicks, I decided to take it apart, and see if I could scrape out product instead - it was completely empty!

I have been using this product for a long time. I have just purchased a new one and the dispenser does not work. Very poor quality control, especially considering this is not a cheap product. Will not buy again.

I bought this product in July, ready for the one I was using ran out, which it just has. Came to use the new one and it is empty. This is the second time it has happened. Not happy Mrs .M. Stanbury

I received this as a gift from my daughter, after I mentioned that I was starting to develop fine lip lines (I'm in my mid 50s) and that I was thinking of getting fillers. She suggested I try a topical treatment before starting the slippery slope of injectables. And so she got me this overnight treatment and I gave it a go. I have applied this religiously every night for around 8 weeks now. I quite like the dispenser but I found it hard to control how much comes out. Its more liquidy than I was expecting, I thought it would be a thick cream. No real fragrance, which is fine. Once on it just feels thin and slippery, exactly like any cheap lip balm would be. I guess this is an "overnight" treatment because it would be wiped off within minutes if applied during the day. 8 weeks later my lips remain as dry as ever and if anything the fine lines I was anxious about initially have become more established. It certainly hasn't improved, if anything it's worse. I'm so disappointed with this product. It promised so much, and for the price... I expected at least some sort of positive result.... but nothing. Save your money and buy a normal lip balm from the pound shop is my advice!!
